Excellent! Some of the slower or half time is harder to keep in pocket than the fast playing. Great job.

I’d recommend rotating the beaters so you’re using the plastic side not the felt against the mesh, the felt will cause friction and damage the head over time. Also rotate your crash cymbal so the Roland logo is away from you, they’re designed to trigger properly that way! Great cover though, I have the same drums and hardware :)

Cheers for the comment sandpit turtle. The reason the felt side of my beaters are being used is because I have a piece of foam over the bass drum trigger pad to prevent noise for the neighbours. Thanks for the tip on the cymbal pad though. Hadn’t really noticed

@@adamwells5160 ah that’s a clever idea, I’ve took similar noise reduction measures myself!

Hey - saw you transitioned from a regular acoustic kit to this what seems to be a roland TD27kv - how are you enjoying it? I am considering getting a TD27kv2. Awesome job on the Sleep Token cover as well as with Karnivool!

Good shit man! I'd be so nervous with how close that laptop is to that tom and I'd probably hit it on accident a few times haha
