Lotus could seriously do a limited run of the Ameya with conventional combined hybrid (PHEV) & internal combustion engine variant . . . a 3.8 Biturbo I6 mated to a 10-speed torque converter auto transmission . . . and a PSM based 36.0 kWh electric power pack that will provide a 46 mile - 54 mile EV range . . . Lotus could have handed you a RHD variant of the Ameya at the very least for testing . . .
I think it is high time the car reviewers and all auto influencers and enthusiasts stop abusing Indian roads. Indian roads are very well paved and rapidly growing. We all should appreciate that and encourage people.
