houla...ça c'est pas un Breton qui tourne sa crepe... la pâte est à revoir et le garnissage se met direct sur la crepe ...on utilise la deuxième billig pour le garnissage pas pour la cuisson des oeufs...bonne continuation malgré tout.

Quelle est la recette de ta pate ? 8 min de cuisson elle devrait etre cramé ! Ou ton biling est réglé faible ?
Tu devrais cuire qu'un côté, elle sera moelleuse a l'intérieur et croustillante a l'extérieur. 3 min max il faut qu'elle garde de l'humidité.
Par contre j'admire ton maniement du rozell ! 👌
