Traxxas Trx4 High Trail F150 Upgrades part 1

Lots of upgrades going into this Traxxas Trx4 high trail. Brushless Castle esc/motor combo, High torque steering servo, lots of brass, 1.9 Ford Bronco tires and wheels, custom front bumper and heavy duty winch. More to come.

This bodywork is really great and also very beautiful. The choice to paint the grille in chrome is an excellent idea, I think it gives an even more beautiful look. Really great work 👏

I believe you’re doing a great job on your F-150 body. I have the same F-150 in brown as well and I’m going to the theme of that time for that truck. Like, what mods. The truck already has the lift kit and tires which helps the look. I added decals for the American flag across the back window which many had at that time. I noticed your F-150 doesn’t have the roll bar. Mine has it and I added KC daylighter decals over the fake roll bar lights. I put the chrome grill guard to the front, again keeping with the theme of the truck. I also was thinking about adding the pin striping on the body side moulding like you did. I just wasn’t sure how wide it should be but I like how yours came out. I really like the front bumper/winch set up you have. Is it functional? I have used my truck for about 7 months, so it does have some trail scratches. I really want to get another body the same color and keep that ones nice. Anyway, keep up with the mods, they look great.

Thanks for the comment! Cool you have the same truck. I think the pin stripe tape was 1/16 but don't quote me. Yes the winch is functional as well. Glad you found the videos helpful.

Amazing rootbeer candy color,,why don't you just remove the front Ford emblem,cut out each letter and raise the letters with some rubber backing then glue on the front face again,,,omg luv those trucks.

For me, it´s a pain that they made all windows black. I would like them transparent and add some interieur. :(
