Excellent video. After I watched it, I decided to make my own fitting to get air up to the cup. Just bought a t fitting and bought another cheap regulator from HF and put that on the t..then ran a 1/4" hose up to the cup. All for about $15. If I am shooting a thinner material, I just dial down the pressure going to the cup to 0. So far, it is working great.Thanks.
Dennis I have an accuspray turbine cup gun Do you know where I can find a fitting where I can spray out of my regular compressor instead of the actual turbine for the shop
Do you feel this PPS system would work just as well using a turbine rather then an air compressor? Thinking about purchasing some equipment to spray my kitchen cabinets and am chasing that factory finish
@@poloplop11 ... It depends on the needs of the gun to operate properly. The required air volume could range from 7cfm to 13cfm. If you're planing to use a portable air compressor you'll need a gun that can operate at 7cfm or less.

So good dennis! I’m gonna convert my pps gun to this pressurized setup. I need the parts from you when you’re at my house.
I love it bro I need the pressure gage for my iwata man! Amazing stuff

Dennis what's your compressors cfm@40?
This is new to me! Pretty dope man I have Apollo 7700 and PPS SYSTEM where can I get the regulator ?
I know total finishing solutions has them for sure
But it doesn’t come with the gun you have to buy it separately, that’s sucks cuz is like $200 or 250 with the regulator
The part # for the bypass regulator is CA Technologies 52-5R2.
You would have difficulty on site getting 11cfm of air to operate this gun.
What's required?
