your comment on mystrio and enchantress is no longer correct. that ruling got changed. you pay in step 2D so there is a window in which can pay the 2 power .
Rerolling all dice does actually increase the average when you presume that the player only rerolls all when they roll under average. This replaces every instance in which they would roll under average with the average, which raises the net average
The only one you missed that I caught was the domino passive that doesn't let your opponent explode crits but the math is the same as hex so I think you're covered
I wonder where Squirrel Girl's Tippy-Toe Takedown! falls on this chart. It feels like it's quite powerful being a psuedo-combination of hex and MODOK's power applied to crits, but I assume it is more impactful to weaker(particularly rapid fire) attacks which depend on crit spikes to do damage than spenders. You'd think the maths of rapid fire is that two 4 dice attacks is 8 dice and therefore statistically will yield atleast one crit, so I assume Tippy-Toe would rate pretty highly on ways to shut down someone like Winter Soldier, but I'd like to know the actual statistical breakdown.

I think Cable could really be revamped by simply releasing some tactics cards for him, and X-force in general, that gives them something interesting and unique they can do beside just being worse x-men.

Rich, does Bullseye's "Parting Shot" happen before the second attack from a rapid fire weapon? I see you didn't include his ability in the Slippery rule with Toad. We play it like he does parting shot between shots and gets the opportunity to slide out of range potentially.
He would have to wait until after the rapid fire attack, so sadly you don't get the move. However, if he survives, he could do parting shot twice, since he would now have two separate triggers for his ability.
