    Hey man this is the first time I heard about breathing for weight loss the hit workouts are on points I've done steady cardio for years the results never came until high intensity workouts is good

    So true, the more weight I gained and the bigger my belly got the more I did not have any feeling "down there." I'm hoping to reverse my ED as I continue to lose weight

    You bring together many loose ends I have explored over time. Keep going. I first heard of Breatharianism in the '70s - yes I am older than you. I like your information and will incorporate as I move forward. My wife is 20 years younger and appreciates those occasions when I can be both spontaneous and rock hard.

    This is new to me for sure, but sounds very effective. I would like to know more about the high intensity intervals of cardio workouts. I really want to get the poison and energy out of my system. Please also advice more on the vegetation diet formula l must adopt.

      On cardio I recommend if it is in your budget, a personal trainer. If the budget is tight, there are plenty of support video regarding cardio on TH-cam. Regarding the vegetation diet, it really is a matter what you like. A book I have read (Among many others) is called "How to Cook Everything Vegetarian" by Mark Bittmam. This book is an excellent starting point. Good luck and keep us posted on your results.

    For most my life I had stuffy nose so I couldn't breathe through my nose so I pretty much became very overweight and developed sleep apnea because I couldn't breathe right while sleeping when I went to ENT Specialist Doctors I was told my nose bone was basically blocking my breathing and was recommended surgery to fix my nasal bone to help me breathe better the doctor told me without the surgery I will continue to gain weight and downward spiral to many other health issues and the surgery will help me lose weight just by breathing in through my nose and breathing out of my mouth and a guy on my job told me we breathe fat out our mouths and ever since having my nose surgery I been practicing breathing in through my nose and breathing out my mouth I have to admit I have lost weight but I also been fasting and I changed my diet but my weight really did start to drop immediately after my nose surgery I started watching this guy and alot of what he says I heard before but in different way just like in a different video he said sugar kills erections and I heard that before too because in being overweight I also developed diabetes and I learned about too much sugar can kill testosterone and blood flow and cause impotence but now I changed my diet and losing weight I'm trying to get my dick back to when I was in my teens and early twenties I used to get hard all the time for no reason like when the wind blew I got hard but when I gained all that weight my erections got worse even when I had a attractive woman it would take some time to get erect and most of the time it wasn't a complete erection it would be semi-erect just enough to ejaculate but I just want my penis back to when I could have sex with women many times a day without thinking about any kind erection issues

      Spin is more cardio than true HIIT but I don't have a problem with it unless you are doing it too much. Once or twice a week is great but if you are having erection issues...more could cause more issues.

    I get all the avoiding meat thing. But if you are a fitness athlete or bodybuilder how do you get enough protein in? Seems impossible to do without meat. I avoid red meat. Just eat chicken and fish.
