独特の浮遊感が気持ちい曲です、たまにギターパートがベースに聞こえ、ベースパートがギターに聞こえるのもTOOL独特の面白いとこですね＾＾
出だしのタイミングを合わせるが難しいです。クリーンのパートはフロントのＰＵをボリュームを下げた状態で使っています。
やっぱり、クリーンのパートがイマイチかな・・・

You nailed it, excellent job. During the D minor riff during the chorus you could used a bit of delay or if you were, you could have used a few more repeats and lengthen the delay to about 800 milliseconds or 1,000 milliseconds. Other than that nice job.
yeah that was during the Undertow days when he didn't really use effects. During and after the Aenima album he started using a lot of modulation and other effects as they became more progressive and experimental. He even uses synthesizers as well now. There's a dunlop tv vid of the gear he used on the 10,000 days tour which is quite interesting.

All I can say is wow. Tool is my favorite band and you surely did this song justice.
he doesn't like overdrive/distortion pedals. he likes the sound straight from the amp. modulation and delay is a different story, but when it comes to the tone of the guitar without effects, he prefers the sound straight from the amp.

What are you talking about... he uses about 20-30 total for everything but only about 15 live and his main sound comes from a Boss BF-2 Delay, Boss Flanger, a Dunlop Wah I think a 535Q, and a Graphic EQ (with the mids cranked). That's only the beginning of his effects he even has a Gig FX Chopper for some songs.
