A bit of trivia on a nuance in the translation if it interest you: Anya is being described by the narrator at 5:50 as 超能力者(chounouryokusha) which is closer to being "A person with super power". And later in the episode when she's looking at Loid's stuff(around the scene at 9:15), she says to herself that she's an ESPer(エスパー), a person with ExtraSensory Perception. The term Telepath is really nice and clean, but I thought that some people might find those nuances interesting 😉

By that point, the theme of the show finally clicked for me and I started enjoying it. Then I went straight for the movie and really liked it too. Even more painful than the Season 1 finale. Second season was a little hard to understand in the beginning, but when everything was finally explained getting closer to the finale, I enjoyed it too. But I still would say that the best content for MiA is the movie. That was an experience.

if you want a heartfelt soothing simple chill anime this is a classic. I watch this when im super stressed and it never fails me. the colour palette was designed the way it is for that purpose as well. Its called Natsume Yuujinchou. It has 5 seasons, a few ovas movies musicals and the manga is ongoing. It doesn't have all of this content for decades for no reason. Very very wholesome and soothing. And interesting.
I don't know if you catched that but action place of this show refers to divided West and East Germany and Liod's flashback is a great reference to WWII it looked like some photos of ruined Warsaw or Berlin. Such great reference. And as a pertolhead from Poland I apreciate so much that in the show they use Chayka's, Watrburgs or Trabants I mean it can get more iron curtain classic than that.

"Times"? The debate is between "Spy Family" and "Spy ex Family" (as in the letter X). This is literally the very first time I ever heard "spy times family". oO I love how the main trio looks so much like the main trio of Kaguya-sama Love is War. It's like the same characters got tired of love-related mind-games and went for spy-related mind games instead... and Chika turns into a 4 or 5 year old psychic instead. ^^ The fanart cross-overs are wonderful. :) Something to keep in mind is that this is supoosed to be a completely realistic world. Psychics generally do not exist... outside this one secret experiment that Anya was part of. In that light it's not at all surprising nobody considers the possibility that Anya might be able to read thought, because such supernatural stuff "does not exist in the real world". I'm happy you picked this show and am looking forward to the rest. Or to put it in Anya's worlds: "Waku Waku!" :D

Wanna know something funny? the characters that i find the most interesting in this Episode/Chapter, aren’t any of the Major Characters within this Chapter/Episode, but it’s actually two Background Characters, the First Two Girls that we get to see when Twilight first steps in the Orphanage, one Longer the other Shorter, the Longer Girl appears to have Brown Hair that Curls Up over her cheeks, with a Big Red Bow on Top of her head and sort of has Half-Open Eyes, While the Shorter Girl appears to have Black-Brown Hair, with a Small White Bow on the Right Side of her head and has Big Round Eyes(though they aren’t that big the Anime) will Snot Running Down her Nose, she also Stands In Front of the Orphanage Owner when the other kids sees Anya off in the Anime, They are both amongst the very First Kids we get to see when Loid first steps inside the Orphanage in the Anime and is the Only Kids Drawn Clearly in the First Panel of the Second Page of when Loid is at the Orphanage in the Manga and in both the Manga and the Anime they are Standing Beside Each Other, I can’t really think of any other reason as to why i got so attached to these two Unnamed Orphan Girls, other than that i just found their characters designs interesting, When i first laid my eyes on them, i couldn’t help but let my imagination go wild with ideas and i just sort of ended up evolving them into being more recurring and prominent characters, If you’re curious about what kind of developments i gave them, then you could just give me a Reply and i can try telling you in detail, but the short version is that i pretty much just made them into Eden Academy Students, just like Anya.

no matter how skilled Twilight is...a normal person would not jump into the conclusion of a telepath even when Anya seems like she is..that's too fictional for Twilight to even think the possibility of that.

I love how the main trio looks so much like the main trio of Kaguya-sama Love is War. It's like the same characters got tired of love-related mind-games and went for spy-related mind games instead... and Chika turns into a 4 or 5 year old psychic instead. ^^

Something to keep in mind is that this is supoosed to be a completely realistic world. Psychics generally do not exist... outside this one secret experiment that Anya was part of. In that light it's not at all surprising nobody considers the possibility that Anya might be able to read thought, because such supernatural stuff "does not exist in the real world".

the characters that i find the most interesting in this Episode/Chapter, aren’t any of the Major Characters within this Chapter/Episode,
but it’s actually two Background Characters,
the First Two Girls that we get to see when Twilight first steps in the Orphanage, one Longer the other Shorter,
the Longer Girl appears to have Brown Hair that Curls Up over her cheeks, with a Big Red Bow on Top of her head and sort of has Half-Open Eyes,
While the Shorter Girl appears to have Black-Brown Hair, with a Small White Bow on the Right Side of her head and has Big Round Eyes(though they aren’t that big the Anime) will Snot Running Down her Nose, she also Stands In Front of the Orphanage Owner when the other kids sees Anya off in the Anime,
They are both amongst the very First Kids we get to see when Loid first steps inside the Orphanage in the Anime and is the Only Kids Drawn Clearly in the First Panel of the Second Page of when Loid is at the Orphanage in the Manga and in both the Manga and the Anime they are Standing Beside Each Other,
I can’t really think of any other reason as to why i got so attached to these two Unnamed Orphan Girls, other than that i just found their characters designs interesting,
When i first laid my eyes on them, i couldn’t help but let my imagination go wild with ideas and i just sort of ended up evolving them into being more recurring and prominent characters,
If you’re curious about what kind of developments i gave them, then you could just give me a Reply and i can try telling you in detail,
but the short version is that i pretty much just made them into Eden Academy Students, just like Anya.
