If you don’t want the tab scoreboard then go into settings and turn on old school scoreboard

billonte 13 A decrease in reload time is when the time to reload is faster and it takes less time to reload.
Decreased means the time of reload is shorter so what he said was perfectly fine
They should’ve fixed the spawns and the matchmaking but it’s good that they are fixing the lag and hacking issues
