I love productivity and also love Jesus. It's really refreshing being able to watch content that is centered on how to steward your time well for Christ, not for your self. This channel is such a blessing!
My biggest challenge is exactly what you talked about, writing it down, I usually just think about it and then say "Okay great let's start tomorrow" and then it won't happen because everything didn't line up perfectly or anything else. Great video, thanks for sharing this process and resources!
Thanks for the tips. I've found it definitely helps to have an idea what I'm doing otherwise I just wakeup aimlessly and don't even achieve anything. On a side note I'd be curious to know what your bible highlighting color scheme is? I've often thought about getting some markers but just wasn't sure what to use for what.
Yeah, I never really got the highlighting thing until I came across this method from one of my seminary profs. Basically, I use the different colors to outline passages. This article explains it with examples glorybooks.org/revealing-dr-harris-highlighting-method-for-bible-study/
Hey Wesley, you can get a lot of the benefits even if you don't have a consistent schedule. But it does take some creativity to keep it going consistently. There's a few people in our Academy who do shift work and what's seemed to work for them is to basically create two versions of their routine-a longer one for the days it makes sense and they have the luxury of time, and an abbreviated version for the crazy days. Often perfect is the enemy of good. And we feel like if we can't do our full routine, why do anything at all. But even if most days all you do is spend 5 minutes reading the Bible and praying, that's better than doing nothing at all.

Bedtime is key and having an evening routine is also amazing . It helps one to wind down
I love the POWER idea will try to incorporate it frequently though I use it sometimes.
Really grateful for your ministry, Reagan. Always practical and Christ-honouring.
Thank you for the encouragement!

You ever consider making shirts? I’d love to buy a few if you ever do!

Hey Reagan, Do you have any advise for those who do shift work? I work in fast food, my shifts can vary a lot. I often finish work at midnight.
