    Excellent as usual. My lathe is ready to go, I just have to wait for some parts to arrive, and I'll make something.

    Always learn something from you. I would love to see how you sand and finish these pots after warping in the microwave. Thank you.

    Well done indeed! I gotta take the time and put an asymmetrical grind on a couple of my bowl gouges. I can see it's just the ticket for these closed shape turnings. Great stuff here Tomislav!

    so good... I love making those, but my luck in the microwave has been 50/50... I get lots of cracks... going too hot or too long?

    • @tomislavtomasicwoodturning
      @tomislavtomasicwoodturning  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Tony,I would say too long, try highest setting but for 30 sec and see if the bowl is steaming and if it really hot.
      If not, once the bowl little heat has cool down try 45sec or 1min.
      I rarely go over a 90sec , at that point bowl is really hot .
      And don't leave the shop (or kitchen😅) while doing this 👍

      @@tomislavtomasicwoodturning thank you! I will try that! My wife handed me down an old microwave for the shop... so lets see if I can get moving on that!

    Wonderful video, great designs, admirable technique. The first scraper that you used on the inside seemed much bigger. What size was it?
