The mistakes are normal. You are great because its obvious if you like the food or not! I am a Bulgarian..but if i wasn't , after watching you, i will want to visit Bulgaria.
Rakia is actually common to have with the Shopska salad, at the very beginning of the meal. Not at the end :) But otherwise, everything else looks good!
Just returning from Sofia I think the restaurant shown from 2:43 is quite expensive .. 75 dollar for 2 persons ? we had an excellent meal with wine for 40, right in the centre
It was a little costly, but it was very good and one of the best meals we had during our time in Sofia. Let us know the name of the restaurant that you ate at and we’ll be sure to visit it during our next trip to Sofia. Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts and experience.
@@travelingexpats I am sorry on behalf of my countrymen, but you got ripped off :( Not even the most popular and expensive traditional cuisine places in the center of Sofia cost that much. Especially for what you had. I hope you don't experience that anymore, but it is still good that you enjoyed the food!
@@fanatique1337 Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts. The food was great, I guess we should be more careful and look for more reasonably meals the next time we visit Sofia.

@@travelingexpats and please don't call our traditional white cheese feta, it is not. All else i hope you enjoyed. 🙂

Boza is not meant to be drank by itself only, its like eating gravy by itself, it has to be combined with banitsa or at least some kind of pastry
@@shivr3270 Thanks for the information, I’ll have to give it another try. Thanks for watching and commenting!
The food looks delicious. The small latte was just my size. 😂
The perfect size to start your day, right? 😂☕️
I must admit very good pronunciation
@@V3X.13-9 Thank You! I think it should be better. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Great video, I would say the best gelato in Sofia is Gelato & Latte.
We will definitely have to try that next time. Thanks for watching and sharing your tip.
Salty yogurt is called "ayran".
Thank you! Thanks for watching and sharing your knowledge.
For gelato, I strongly recommend Savi gelato
We’ll definitely try it the next time we are in Sofia. Thanks for watching and sharing your tip on gelato.
great video but some of the food was pricey
Yes. We probably could have found some more economical options. We should have checked more with locals instead of guide books. Thanks for watching.
👌🇧🇬☺️

We think it’s still pretty great. Thanks for watching and commenting.

It is correct to write boza....cause bosa means barefoot woman😂😂or woman without shoes😂😂interesting mistake....cheers

To call the Bulgarian Sirene - feta?!?!?! Bro, are you out of your mind??? Feta = Renault... SIRENE = MERCEDES!
