"take it from atem mini" yes!! atem mini pro and atem mini are ok!! my adapter have frame rate control. input uvc and output is independence. eg: input 60fps uvc & output 30fps hdmi / 25fps hdmi input 50fps uvc & output 30fps hdmi / 25fps hdmi you can setup output format when adapter iOS port connect to PC usb port. and use browser type 172.20.13.168 before shipping, We will depend on your area and setup format eg: EUROPE : we will setup it as 25fps hdmi output USA : we will setup it as 30fps hdmi output depend on our experience, input 60fps uvc and output 30fps is best When hdmi source connect to atem. mini, atem mini also do the frame rate control. don't bother the frame rate!! sorry, this adapter do not have control function. just turn uvc into hdmi, recrod, to ios, and uvc bypass.
