The Garfield thing Joel won't talk about is _Garfield: His 9 Lives._ This started as an illustrated book, but was adapted into an hour long TV special. It was a collection of various cat stories, made by different people. They were all over the place in tone, and some were very, very different from what you'd expect from anything with the name Garfield attached.
Do you know which story was the saddest? Making someone tear up just by starting to think about it is pretty powerful for a cat story portrayed through Garfield, and I'm really wondering what it was precisely
Never actually watched it through. I turned on the TV one day, saw this weird cat story, hit the button to see what I was watching, and it was called _Garfield: His 9 Lives._ It was very much not what I expected from anything with the name Garfield. One story was a film noir thing, but if I were to guess, I think the one that set Joel off was the one about a cat that was experimented on as a laboratory test subject. It was NOT a comedic story. Mind you, I only vaguely remember this, and am largely relying on Wikipedia.
3:40 I looked it up, it's almost definitely the same Derek Yu. Edit: It's not on Yu's wikipedia page, but his page mentions that around the time this game was released, he was messing around and making projects in the game engine this project was apparently made in. It seems to be a relatively obscure thing, so I think this is unlikely to be coincidence.
I've been thinking Joel should replace the Bill Clinton jokes with Diabeetus' from Retsupurae's Navgtr series since last part! "-Look in my pants and I'll show you why it's called a PlayStation. -EIGHTEEN NAKED COWBOYS...."
Snoopy Come Home, which was about Snoopy almost skipping town because too few places accept dogs these days. And Why, Charlie Brown, Why, which chronicled a girl with a terminal illness.
Gotta love Joel's "innocent whistling" everytime he starts with his shenanigans.
Joey doing the funi
ALERTA.

@@oliviertilanus Diana's Piano. Joel mentioned it in another stream.
One of the book-exclusive ones is a realistic-looking one where an old lady gets mauled to death by her rabid cat. Take a wild guess who the cat was.

When the Shareware Madness almost becomes a Windows Destruction
If I remember correctly, Shareware Madness takes place on the Windows 98 Destruction VM, when it's not in PCem.
@@skinwalker69420 You definitely know more about it than I do :)

I love how Joel is now obsessed with the Bill Clinton shareware and the fast dancing Mario sprite
At this point you could make a compilation of every time Joel gets spooked by his phone alarm on stream lol
Garfield forces Jobel cry on stream.
He will cry and game will be over
I'm a simple boy: I see Snoopy, I click.
10:04joey puts his phone in his mouth (again)
All those ramblings are just regular astrology. 2 or 3 steps deeper than newspaper horoscopes, but still nothing out of the ordinary.
My eyes lit up like meatballs when I saw this notification :)
if your meatballs light up, then maybe it's time to stop buying meatballs from chernobyl
