Excellent and informative session. Many youth coaches need to hear and mobilize/apply some of this content.

@Gargarks it doesn't matter. He's still got jokes. That's pretty much the only reason I listen to him, since he's got tons and tonnes of form videos already (his nutrition advice is cr4p)

So, I have some questions, and have no clue where to turn. I have fallen to the category where trainers put their clients on test ect to get the results that I thought was great bc i had low test and got results. The more and more I study this topic I'm not sure where to turn, I want to progress in the gym but not stripped of test and tren. Being that I'm already on these hormones, and duh obviously I shouldn't be or messing with but now here I am and all in or not in at all. And iv made up my mind I'm all in but their has to be a point where you learn and know what I need to know, and to eventually stop. This coach has me cruising at 1 ml.... way more than I should be "cruising on" but idc what people think obviously I should had thought or done more but iv dedicated my last year and a half into the gym getting mad results but I'm in this predicament. I love it but I need to learn if I'm dabbling in this stuff. And to be a personal trainer soon I won't be letting or putting my clients on shit

Mike is truly a master marketer, even though his jokes stop being funny after two videos he has managed to become one of the biggest fitness influencers depsite not managing to get a pro card after 20 years of abusing roids, not having a single pro using his training methods and being proven wrong time after time, impressive.

    • @RR42636

Wow, one of the biggest influencers is also a master marketer. That’s got to be the hottest take I’ve seen in a while 💀 Really though, since when have pro cards and pros under your belt made some huge difference? If that was the case, guys like Hany would be gods. Mike is popular because his content style and delivery is enjoyed by the vast majority of persons.

I used to listen to Mike during Covid, 2020. I would watch his videos giving critiques on what training others were doing. He critiqued a few athletes who where doing outstanding training and Mike couldn't have been more wrong. He didn't have the most basic knowledge of movement patterns, muscle and neurological engagement, athletic performance. This is all stuff that Westside knew in the 90s.
I went down the rabbit hole, he gave OK advice in older videos, but at some point he became mediocre BroScience. I could go to my local gym today and find 2-3 people off the top of my head that are more knowledgeable. Mike is local gym personal trainer level knowledgeable, and the proof is in the pudding. Look at his mediocre results.
