The only 5000 year old part of Stonehenge is the "station stones," four large stones placed very far apart around the central stone formation. They are perfectly aligned with the solstices and lunistices, and are the only things at the site like this. They form a perfect rectangle, which would not be possible they were 50 miles further north or south. Within this same 50-mile range in North America, another 5000 year old circular stone formation called the Majorville medicine wheel was found.
