I would love to see a sit-down video about your strategies for dealing with parents. These could include, involving parents in your classroom community, dealing with difficult parents, parent communication, and your experience with parents in the past :) Another video idea is a video about behavior management. I know you did a whole class classroom management strategies video, but I'm talking more about individual behaviors.
That third grade work.... We teach several strategies to add, and you're right, we move super fast. For my kids that struggle, I've been telling them to stick to the strategy that works for them every single time. Because then they will do 9238402 other strategies that they don't really understand. I had a third grader that was SUPER good at standard algorithm. She got the routine, she could do it. No need for help. But the second an equation was horizontal she was stuck, and didn't know what to do until I pushed her to make it vertical. as

I also would love an in depth video on student portfolios (and what you do with all their crafts), how you create your phonics slides with the pictures, and how you make all your shirts with your cricuit!

I would love to see a video on small groups that you do for those students who are not on grade level yet. I’m struggling with math and students that are way behind grade level.

I went back and listened to his audio and he did originally say that but then he must have gotten lost because he was saying all sorts of things trying to go back and remember what he did and where he was trying to go
