Dream and Techno are gonna keep returning each others favours and Tommy and Philza while working together will encounter Dream and Techno and Techno will be forced to fight Philza. But hey that’s just a theory a Game Theory and if I end up being wrong, you can bite me in the comments.
I don't agree, just because its a favor doesn't mean Techno takes that to heart. Techno wouldn't even fight Philza even for a favor. And the favors are small, nothing like breaking dream out of prison.

I'm pretty sure Tommy is being an unreliable narrator and a lot of this is supposed to be a hallucination. At this point Dream is being hunted down, so he probably can't afford to spend a lot of time fucking with Tommy and he definitely wouldn't want to do anything to piss off Technoblade. He has plenty of enemies already. I'm not saying that Dream isn't dickish enough to pull this, just that he probably can't afford to while isolated from his power structure.
Tommy is obviously traumatized and sees Dream as an all-powerful boogeyman who is completely focused on torturing him.
On the other hand, Dream has shown significant interest in terrorizing Tommy in the past, so this *might* still be real.
All he did at Phil and Techno's place was leave a sign. Probably didn't even go on the land. Techno might find that funny if anything.
There is literal physical evidence, even Phil himself even mentioned it being real I highly doubt this is an hallucination, plus Tommy hallucinations of only ever been visual and have never once been audible, and honestly what what is it this one
Like I would understand the hallucination theory if it weren't for the fact that Phil himself mentioned it being there and hallucinations aren't really supposed to have you know physical remnants
