Dream-George knows where Techno lives because of the compass he previously didn't even know existed until then, Karl admitted to being a time traveler, he knows things he really shouldn't possibly know canonically, he literally killed God I don't think it would be too much of a stretch to assume because of his weird dream reality that he managed to know how to make the portal
Even though this is a dream I think it's still very interesting, and still might be littered with some clues for lore.

You could tell dream and techno weren't trying. Both of them fighting together basically means no one can stop them and George can't even beat dream at a Minecraft manhunt by himself.

What happens if georges dreams are connected to his emotions so as he got more dreams he slowly started going insane because he can’t tell what’s really and what’s a dream so what happens if, George woke up and encountered Dream once Dream killed him that’s when his actual dream started and since he was so angry at Dream for killing him that in his dream he took all his anger out on the people he trust and cares about making him go insane and the reason in his dream he killed DreamXD was because he blames him for giving him theses dreams.

Even though it was a dream why was techno saying it was his only canon life?? I thought he still had all 3? Since when the butcher army tried to execute him he had a totem so that doesn't count right and even if it did whats the second canon life he lost? Or does techno only get one canon life for somw reason while everyone else got 3?

I'm not sure who notice this, but in technical POV it was a great transition between an SMP replica where he was destroying everything and the original SMP where he just woke up and the achievements are still there. Probably it's like on any MC server, where you can play on different worlds, and in this case, these worlds contain the different replicas of the Dream SMP.
