Very informative! Thank you for this detailed video! Keep them coming! Best of luck to you.
Thank you!
I have cloud shoes, but for winter I probably would look into cloudwander.
Otherwise I would just slide away.
Looks good enough for all day shoe in winter
Like jackets, you can never have too many pairs of shoes....these look like they could fill the gap for my knackered low cut shoes that I use for things like dog walking. Maybe a wee early Xmas present to myself. :-)
I bought a pair of cloud flyers reduced in a proper running shop as a slightly more casual trainer that could still be used for other activities (running, Dartmoor walking etc). I was a bit reluctant as they have become a fashion trainer.
I was completely blown away by how light and comfortable they are. I use them for almost everything that doesn’t need a fully waterproof boot or smart shoe. They dry very quickly and have lasted 5-6 months of heavy wear surprising well for a mesh trainer.
My only criticism, which is a MAJOR one is how terribly designed the sole is. You get a fair number of stones stuck in them and if I knew I was walking/running on a gravel path with medium sized stones, I would not wear them. I can’t believe anyone could use them for competition running for this reason.
They were so comfy I bought my wife a pair of cloudflows and she loves them too… sadly they have the same sole issue but still get worn a ton.
Comfort is definitely their strong point! Hopefully, they will soon come up with a clever design that will prevent/minimize the issue.
Can I wear the cloud wander on concrete
They can be. They are designed for multi-terrain hiking so will wear out quicker if used on concrete and tarmac. This is because the compound used is soft to ensure a good grip on challenging surfaces
@jbairdexp recommended these boots. In his recent video. If I won these boots, I'd go back to Glencoe to climb the Buachaille, it's on my bucket list!
