Bobby I was born and raised in NW Alabama where I still live. Right out of high school I went to work in the log woods that belonged to my mother's family. I'm 56 now. Mom did all the bookwork for the lumber company. My dad owner operator trucked all his life. Drove until he was 83. He and Mom are both still with us. Bobby I think you have the best show on TH-cam. I watched your every show when you were on TV. I know it's tough to work and film clips together but there are alot of us out here who love your show/footage. I'm asking for me and I know thousands more for you to try to put us more videos on. They are serious and the real deal. I really appreciate and enjoy the ones you get posted. Great message Bobby and you hit the nail on the head about folks having formed strong opinions but have no knowledge. I point squarely at schools and families for not getting the whole message to the kids on so many things. Laying around watching TV was not acceptable , so many this day and time think there kids is to good to get there hands dirty. And that's just where we are today in this world. It's a crying out shame.glad I wasn't brought up that way. And these people that don't like trees being cut down. I don't see them living in a tent. There house is built out of that wood.

Now I see a huge line up of vehicle at school day. The Parents don't even let the kids get exercise, walking too and from school's anymore. And the whole front of School is a huge traffic jam.

I grew up in the woods. My dad ran a chipper plant in the UP OF MICHIGAN. I became a health professional. Wish I stayed with the wood. You boys are doing great work. My skidder on the 40 I owned was a Honda trx300 4x4.

Lumber prices are so high here in Arkansas I bought my own sawmill to cut my own boards. I also have over a hundred acres of timber 20 year old pines and no one will cut it because they can’t break even! Hope you find away to keep going! God bless you and your crew. As for the destroying the trees, it doesn't make sense as without the trees you don't have any work in the future. Keep up the good work all you guys and girls. Jp.

I’ve worked as a contractor in fire camps here in California. The service we provided was really a place the firefighters were able to sit and wait for their turn for a shower after 24 hours on duty. I would listen to the firefighters talk about the crazy things they were seeing the fire doing, it was unpredictable at times. They would say that forest management was needed or it would be worse every year.
@@aaronhancock6144 from what I’ve been told by boots on the ground you sir are correct. I can read 50 pages someone wrote about what to do or listen to the men and women that are in the middle of the fire, I pick the boots on the ground.
Hi Bobby I have watch your videos on and off for a while. I’m from the North and I’m familiar with cable logging (old school). I couldn’t agree with your comments about “this isn’t deforestation”. When the last crop planted is a building lot it’s deforestation. You can tell your men care about each other and you this says a lot about you and the way you run your company.
i know one thing when swamp loggers left history or however that went down I was sure sad! I loved everything about the show! The information it gave me...The characters...The love you showed for your family and for GOD. Another great episode....Keep em comin! I always hit like! Whats not to like! Really good point about responsible harvesting and replanting of the trees. Trees are a CO2 sponge, if they die and rot all the CO2 is released. If the tree is used for products it doesn’t release CO2 unless destroyed. Appreciate all your work. Thanks

The 865, 875, 880, and 890 shovel loaders are hard to beat. Awesome power and hydraulic system. I met the tigercat engineer that designed these machines. He engineered the Madill loaders when they were in business too. Nice machine though. Have to take your boots off before you get in the cab.
So sorry to here you had to close shop. I enjoyed your tv shows tremendously. I have never seen this world in the shape it is in. I think your faith will go along way in future endeavors. I sold out my logging operation and moved to the Philippines where its a little cheaper to live. Love the music blue highway is one of my favorite's

The 865, 875, 880, and 890 shovel loaders are hard to beat. Awesome power and hydraulic system. I met the tigercat engineer that designed these machines. He engineered the Madill loaders when they were in business too. Nice machine though. Have to take your boots off before you get in the cab.
So sorry to here you had to close shop. I enjoyed your tv shows tremendously. I have never seen this world in the shape it is in. I think your faith will go along way in future endeavors. It is a shame that a hard working man wants to work but do to surcummstances out of his controll can't. God bless you family and employs.
