I've been watching your videos for so long and have never commented. I get so much knowledge and motivation from your videos that I'll just binge a bunch and then take action that I forget to comment to let you know just how helpful you've been in the last couple years of my life. You always come out with something so original and helpful each time. Your videos never seem repetitive. I think "well she just taught me this so there's no more left to learn." And then you just come out with something that is even more helpful. Lol I've never written this long of a youtube comment, but I think it needed to be said. I absolutely love this! Thank you for sharing. I know some days I get so overwhelmed my coping skills are not great but every day I try to start fresh in the morning. This is great advice!!
The think through…I’ve never thought to do with myself. I literally do it with my kid every single day before we get out of the car to get him to do what he know needs done. And I prompt with a question “what are you going to do as soon as you get inside?” Why have I never thought to do that with myself 🤦🏻 thank you for this!
Thinking and planning how you want to feel in a situation really works! I’ve done this when I have a meeting with notoriously “difficult” people. Instead of anticipating a contentious discussion, I visualize staying calm, open and positive. 10/10 times it has worked. And it’s not manifestation, it’s preparing myself for the situation (just sayin for those who hate woo stuff) ❤
