This is the story of Bigmoose, a brilliant charity doing incredible things. This is also Craig's brother Tom's story of battling with depression and anxiety, as well as Beth who has dealt with Mental health from an early age. We trained for a few months and challenged ourselves to raise as much money as we could for a charity close to our hearts - Mind

This episode is so important. So many people need to hear these voices. You’ve done an amazing job weaving your half-marathon story with the stories of those who struggle with mental illness. I am so grateful to you. Thank you.
How awesome, don’t know why I had tears seeing Aimee cross the finish line. You did it! You pushed yourself and you did it!

Forget running, if you hate it you hate it. No amount of running will change that, plus its bad for your joints. Cycling on the hand is amazing if you have the right bike and gear. You cover more ground seeing beautiful scenery and you get to rest on the down hills. Loving your channel by the way. Only just found you and had to go back to the beginning of your journey. x
Close to my heart too... well done seriously... currently my kids dad who lives in Australia is battling brain cancer, and he is palliative (45 years old) , just lost my uncle to brain and neck cancer, lost my mother in 2007 to endometial cancer.... grief needs support, the impact it has is tremendous. Thank you to all of you.

haha it was a very hard challenge i must admit! But it was all for a good cause and to justify the money we raised. I have actually ran since, but not too far haha defo not 13.1 miles. yikes.

Fantastic! Bloody well done you guys! Have had my own battle with depression when my wife died of Cancer but with help from family and counseling I've managed to control it, I took to going walking in the countryside to give my mind a rest from the dark thoughts so I can relate a little bit!
