Such a beautiful ink picture! And to see your new pens inked up and flowing was a treat! 😊 …Holly is such a brilliant green, love it! Thank you for including it here!
I struggled with whether two videos was too much and then realized on Thursdays this month there will be two videos and when I do a pen and ink review as well as my ink choices for January… so I’m just leaning in!
I love it but I think a fine or medium nib would be better. I have been looking to get some additional nib units. I love the ink capacity and the general size and weight of the pen but the ink flow can be finicky. I do notice it depends a lot on the writing angle which is why I think a broader nib may be helpful
When we met with Mike, I tried his Stealth Vanishing Point and liked it. Yesterday, I was able to trade one of my Lamy 2000 pens that I didn’t want anymore with someone on Discord who didn’t want their Stealth VP anymore. I’m so excited! Also, because of trying your Platinum 3776, I decided to trade my extra Pelikan M800 nib (plus I paid some money) for a Platinum 3776 at the Pelikan Hub. I’m very happy with my Platinum 3776 (with a broad nib), so thank you! BTW, the pen I showed you when we met last is an “Alchemist” (I accidentally said “Alchemy”), and it needed fresh ink, so it may not have been writing great when you tried it. Sorry about that!
@ It’s like a dream come true for me to finally meet people in-person who are interested in fountain pens like I am! It would be fun if our meet-up group grew. Someday, I would like to meet Sugar Turtle, who has a TH-cam channel and lives in Boston.
Like I say to the students that I work with, the worst that can happen is the person can say no and if you ask sweetly they’re likely to say yes. Let’s be sweet, together!

Thank you! And thank YOU for your support!!! I appreciate you!
Love that we got two videos today! That Sailor feedback is the best!

beautiful collection, thanks for sharing
Thank you!!! And you’re most welcome! It brings me joy to share this hobby
Liking the choices you got this month. I am sad I didn't get to vote. lol Life happens. Winter spice and Vintage copper are my favorites.
Winter spice is the one I “messed up” on as it was supposed to be the one below it (stargazer) but so far I am loving winter spice in the Pelikan!
@ it was meant to be 😁.
Great choices and beautiful pens. Would you recommend the opus 88, how is the nib?

No worries!!! I love that we have our little community of contemporary fountain pen enthusiasts! We should start our own pen meetups!
