I'm 68 and began growing my short hair a little longer during Covid. Been wearing a headband with pigtails in scrunchies and love it. My hair is very fine and tends to flatten but the headband and scrunchies hold it up and back.
I'm 24 and i love pigtails. I think they are cute, especially if you wear the low ones. I have thick long wavy hair so wearing pigtails often suits me and looks good on me. I never have tried the high ones, but i worn low ones and i often feel cute in them. I think pigtails suit long wavy hair
good for you! If your hair was longer they would look a little more sedate and age-appropriate, but on short hair and sticking out the side, yes it is a very young look. But I'm around your age and have been growing my hair long and recently am trying pigtails during Covid, simply because they are easy and put the hair on both sides. I dont care what people think, Im enjoying them in moderation
