- This is my first “Abandoned” video. I’ve explored many, but never recorded it before, so hopefully it’s not too awkward 😊
I believe this property has been sold to a real estate developer to build an apartment complex. In it’s heyday, this estate must’ve truly been the bees knees!
I have a dream that one day, I will own a proprety like this. An absolutely beautiful place to leave.Thanks for sharing.

I can't imagine what would cause someone to abandon such a stunning home. I would literally sell my kidney for a home even half as beautiful as this.
Money. I’m sure it’s developers who have bought the property to build apartments there.
There’s a lot of neighborhood opposition to more apartments, so we shall see. Maybe it will be spared! I hope so 🤞

What a beautiful place. It took the owners along time to make that a dream home. But as they say money talks and they no douth got a nice price. I would not sell everything that i worked hard to get. that is the cream of the crop. Just to beautiful to let go. What a shame.
I agree, it is a shame. I’m hoping the apartments complex won’t be built here, and a family will move back into this beautiful home.

I dont know why but i felt nervous and had an unsettling feeling for you..the entire time you were exploring the house. Almost felt like someone or something was hiding or watching you. Your the only woman i have seen..exploring alone. I am subbed to many urban explorers but they are all men with the exception of a few couples who explore together. Maybe start taking someone with you when you explore..you never know when you might come across squatters or n someone with ill intentions. Stay safe and thank you for sharing ❤

I went back for another tour of this same place, and explored more spots on the property. I did take someone along 😅
Well, I can’t see myself buying this home and surrounding pool, tennis court - what ever else ya find. But it breaks my heart to hear they’re planning to build apartments there. It’s so naturally beautiful!!😢
It really will be a shame if that happens. I know progress has to happen but hopefully not here…..yet.
There is NEVER a need for apartments 😒! They ruin neighborhoods!

Here in this city, before all the apartments are finished, people are moving in. They’re in very very high demand.

Be cautious! At 22:09. Those berries are of the bad color. Quickly turn away, for you know this color attracts Those We Don't Speak Of. Remember the movie (The Village 2004) One of my all time favorites.🤩
