Don't forget the Japanese version had a dream boyfriend update, where you get to dress up your virtual boyfriend on the first 3ds game. Reminds me that the Japanese version had different faces for the characters on the first 3ds game and the characters bowed a lot.
you actually could, but the feature was taken away in fashion forward, then introduced again in styling star. styling star was not the first instance of being able to style mens clothing, trendsetters was
omg thank you so much for this cute little video! i used to play the original style savvy on my ds as a kid and recently modded my first 3ds :) so ive been playing a lot of the later style savvy games and im having a blast! styling star is definifely my favorite so far, but the original is still really special to me. this was an interesting watch and youre a great narrator! 💗
i really really hope i dont come off as rude but the audio is a little low 😭 other than that im glad to see a video about style savvy!! i personally played styling star more and have more nostalgia for it (tho i did play the other games minus the ds one, but not that much) and i really hope they decide to make another style savvy.. maybe,, weird choice to not release it physically though
Yes! I'm not sure why TH-cam lowered the audio on this video like that, but I think I fixed the issue with my other ones. Thank you for letting me know though!
Writing this for my own personal comparison of the three games. Style Savvy (OG): • good graphics (for a DS) + sheer amount of of items to choose from • too repetitive, got boring over time Reviews: mixed-average Style Savvy Trendsetter: • not much different from first, but polished a lot of the first game’s mechanics that were found to be boring/repetitive • dress up males Reviews by critics: received well Style Savvy Fashion Forward: • ton of new content Reviews: received just as well as Trendsetters Style Savvy Styling Star: • definitive version of style savvy • most interesting story • most revolutionary features • dress up males (there’s a store)
@@lilmoongaming they really were i did find a way to play the fourth and the first game and honestly it just makes me wish I bought them for my DS when I had the chance but I seriously love the third and second so much I wish they would bring them back fashion dreamer is okay but I never really got into it much like I did with style savvy series
@@berketexx heyaaa thank you sm!! I never knew there was an option like that! I did a big research and already played 😝😝 I saw the user on Instagram music so it's not actually my idea but thank you!!
I personally have a hacked 3DS which works great for me. I usually wouldn't promote pirating games, but games that were E-shop exclusives I feel as though are a fine exception.
7:07 wait but i had the physical game edit : i was very confused when you said that because like i said, i had the physical game as a kid but after looking it up, it was only an e-shop exclusive in the us and im european

Styling Star wasn't the first instance of dressing up men, though; you could do that in Trendsetters through your own boutique
Oh? I wasn't informed of that! Thank you for correcting me 🙏💞
@@lilmoongaming ofc, I only really know because I pirated trendsetters after the eshop shut down lol
