The cable you showed is for charging the River 2 Max through a car's 12-volt outlet. It connects on the back. It is not for connecting a device to the River 2 Max front port. That port is for operating 12-volt devices like an RV refrigerator.
Can you make the same changes in settings through the unit itself, if you don't want to use bluetooth or wifi ? Or are you stuck with using the App to initiate changes?
So you said something about not over charging or up to 220? On the solar? So this if I’m charging with the solar panel and disconnect the panel? And also am I supposed to monitor how low I let the charge get? This is the model I have and I’m going to try my c-pap tonight to see if and how long it will run it. I don’t use the heater or water on the c-pap. I just think the company needs to take into consideration that women are also buying these too and we need really good instructions.
@@elbongo4454 thanks the solar panel that came with mine is a 110 watt. I slept with my cpap and it worked great o still had enough power that I could have slept another night . So, I am very happy with my purchase now. Thanks
Take my money!!! this will be perfect for festival weekends. One question, do you have to have an "Ecoflow" solar panel for this or are they universal?
No, it can’t. It’s 500wh so if it outputs 500w for an hour it will be dead. Space heaters are 1500watts typically so it would run one for 20 min. If you want to stay warm get a smaller heated blanket and they typically pull 125w when kicked in. Assuming it kicks in 50% of the time it would last around 8 hours.
Good timing, I was looking for something like this.
Glad I could help
I Just received my Ecoflow River 2 Max 500 today, and this video was most helpful. Thank you! Subbed!

Great video thank you

What wattage solar panel will ot need
Useful overview. Thanks a ton from Ukraine 🇺🇦
I just ordered one of these. An excellent video, Thank You!
Maybe a dumb question but would this work with the eco flow extra battery to be able to boost power? Thanks
I was looking at the new EcoFlow for home. Seems like it's going to be more expensive than I can afford. I'll have to start small lol.
Yea, they are much bigger too!
I was thinking the same thing
Great video keep up the great work.
Nice
I think the booast, just lowers the voltage at ac output and allows the resistive loads to still work.

Women are really smarter than a man, we men just take chances. 😅

Great review by the way!
How many times can I charge a cell phone oe a small tablet?
40+ times
I wonder if this can power a Portable Heater for more than 6hrs... I guess I need to purchase one to find out!

I thought I could use it like a UPS and plug it in permanently. Use the pass through power to connect my router full-time.
Why can’t you?
Nice
