@@LucyRosinina-ek2mi thank you. I knew she was the main villain since I saw her arrive in HV. There was something about her that I didn't like. I thought she worked with someone. She is the person behind Casimir Shaw, the famous mobster. Chris and Kavan didn't lie when they said the plot twist would be jaw-dropping.

Me too. When Jeanette was crying, LB’s eyes were red holding his tears. The girl he loved changed into an evil woman. She always loves him but he doesn't because she never changes. Chris and Cecilia are outshined with their performance than the other cast.

At least Lucas proved to be a good man not lie what Team Nathan fans has thought about him. Lucas has never been a bad man. I don't blame Lucas I would of been badly hurt myself if the man that I've oce loved turned out to be a bad guy. 😢 Honestly I just wished that Lucas was the one kissing Elizabeth not Nathan but on the other hand Elizabeth doesn't deserve Lucas not the way that she treated him I don't blame him for not wanting her back anymore I wouldn't be surprised if she do to Nathan that she had done Lucas you know changed her mind about whom she loved I mean she did that to Lucas and went to Nathan and told him that she changed her mind so I wouldn't be surprised if she does it again to Nathan and go to Lucas and tell him that she changed her mind again. So I don't believe that Elizabeth knows what she wants and who she wants it with.
He actually had tears in his eyes when holding Jeannette. Amazing performance by Chris the entire season! I hope he gets an amazing storyline in S12 and not the back burner! I have a feeling E&N will be front and center. Thank goodness for fast forward.

You reap what you sow, and it is gross seeing all these people building Lucas up by tearing the rest of the cast down. There are other ways to show how much you like Lucas. Yet one more moment where we have to wonder how Elizabeth could ever turn her back on a man with such a kind and strong soul who possesses not only emotional and intellectual intelligence but also has more courage and bravery than 100 mounties!
In the face of danger, this guy willingly takes bullets for Jeanette when it looked like ‘Shaw’ was using her as a pawn and he willingly steps in front of a gun to save everyone including Elizabeth.
And how Elizabeth could ever have a change of heart and reject Lucas still puzzles me.

Seems to me that we need to re-visit the whole ‘safe’ choice excuse…..who truly was the ‘safe’ choice in this plot twisted charade?!

Completely agree with your take. McNally was again excellent-has done all the heavy lifting with this battered story line. The episode was the best one that I have seen this season. The only thing more ridiculous than Elizabeth and Nathan's behavior in this episode was Krakow and McGarry's after show interview on TV Insider where we got to watch McGarry smack his gum while speaking, and Krakow use some of the same phrases to describe their "kissing scene" as she did Lucas's proposal scene. They continue to act as tho the fans have amnesia.

At this point, I actually think it might be hysterical if Kayla Wallace's Fiona, who returns next week and next season, is paired with Lucas and the two of them have more chemistry than Nathan and Elizabeth.

I think they were good friends and they became a couple. Then Jeanette became greedy for money. He helped her to get the money from Dixon by winning the poker. Unfortunately, Jeanette wanted more and he lost interest after he met Elizabeth. He learned to become a good man because of Elizabeth.
Lucas indeed deserves love. I hope he will find a woman who comes from a good background. A troublemaker woman doesn't suit him.

Well, we knew Jeanette was going to either get shot or arrested. The twist of her actually being Shaw the whole time? That was pretty good. Didn’t see that coming. Chris and Cecila was amazing in that scene.

@@priscooper7166 I think they’re backing off with Lucas. Lucas seems to be back to his old self again. At least I’m hoping the cliffhanger isn’t about him. I honestly think the cliffhanger is going to be for Elizabeth and Nathan.

That will make a good storyline. He can show us the emotional connection between father and son. I hope TPTB will agree with it 🤞

I would like to see Lucas working as a spy in season 12, maybe Henry's son can be wanted by the police, for a crime he didn't do, and Henry hires Lucas as a bounty hunter to find Christopher before bad guys do. It would be fun and Chris would get a chance to shine!😊

LB and Faith will make a good pair. I can picture LB playing with Lily. Faith is sweet and beautiful too. But I'm worried if Carson is coming back. I don't want to see LB heartbroken again. I think LB should take a break from the relationship and let him heal. Elizabeth has left him. Jeanette almost killed him and his friends. It was too much for him. I hope someday he will open his heart again when he's ready and when he finds the right woman.

Lucas is great! I don't like that they made him have such a bad past and Jeanette such a bad person. They are really cruel. They should do that to the new so called couple. I am tired of seeing Hallmark post so many videos of them. I only want to see Lucas videos and the rest of the characters.
Right. Hallmark should be fair in posting promo pictures and videos from the leading roles. The show would not be good without the other characters.

@@chelseakong948 I knew the kiss would happen in this episode because the cliffhanger will happen in the next episode. I saw the kiss and I’m not mad. IMO, EL’s kisses were way better. JT made a beautiful scene when EL kissed for the first time. You felt the passion and the love of those two when they kissed. They gave it all. I will never forget it. It sticks in my brain and my heart forever.

Indeed. He and Cecilia showed a phenomenal performance. His eyes were red when Jeanette was crying pointing the gun at him. The chemistry between those two was deep. They cared for each other but not romantically. She always loves him but he doesn't. Poor LB. I think it takes a while for him to open his heart to fall in love again 🥹

Chris did a great job as usual! So stupid when E&N ended up in a hay wagon - made them look like juveniles in comparison.

And I think it's kind of funny, but to me the whole season's plot was based on Lucas' storyline. Everyone's storyline was revolving around Lucas'. Besides Elizabeth's whose the only thing this season was to stroll around the town with her basket completely oblivious to what is happening with her ex-fiance and everyone involved lol (she didnt even care that much about what is Rosemary doing😂). And then all of sudden she got into the middle of it. And even after that in her "oh-so-cute diary moment" when she was happy that everyone is safe and all that matters is love blah blah, they didnt show Lucas in that tiny moments, anyone noticed that? There where Nathan and Ally, Mike and Mei, Canfields, Faith and Lily and Coulters. So everyone is so important but Lucas. And when she meets Nathan all she asks is about Jeanette. Elizabeth makes me so angry! I'm always so frustrated after her scenes lol
And all I want is to hug Lucas, because he has literally noone to just simply support him, make him feel seen and better. I dont really count Henry for that kind of person, he's distant, even though he stands by Lucas all the time. Yes, Lucas is strong, but everyone needs a friend. ❤️
💯 agree. The storyline in S11 has three major focuses, the resort handled by LB, the relationship between EN, and who shot LB. In the end, those three stories become one because they all got trapped in the saloon. I agree that everyone has their loved ones except LB. However, Chris wanted it that way. He said LB being single is good so it brings the opportunity to explore more about LB. In S11 we can see the side of LB that we haven’t seen before. He was frustrated and angry but he had the reason why he acted that way. LB needs to heal after E dumped her and his ex-girlfriend almost killed him and his friend. It is better to give him some time to not think about the relationships. When he’s ready, he will open his heart again when he finds the right woman. It is better to do that way than to rush everything.
I agree with you about Henry. He indeed seems distant. Maybe because he didn't want to join Lucas’s team at first. Hopefully in S12, he will show more support toward LB. Henry is like LB’s second father. Sometimes he was rough on LB because he didn't want LB to make a mistake. Although he was the one to push LB to accept Jeanette’s bid. Henry didn't know the full story about Jeanette. LB is the only person who knows her completely.
The bad thing about LB being a governor is that his residence is in the capital city. All his friends live in HV. Even his cousin Gustav stays in HV. Hopefully, he will find new friends and might be a new woman in the capital city 🤞
