I think Chris is a nice guy from the interviews I've seen & a good actor, but Kevin's talent is amazing KM is the star as Nathan, the male lead, with Erin as Elizabeth in my opinion! Kevin's acting & talent is amazing!! 👏 😊
I totally agree. I'm not on board with the Nathan pairing. They really don't have a lot in common except loving Hope Valley. It's weird to me. Also Lucas was such a part of Jack's life. It wasn't fair to him either to take that part of Lucas away from him.
After watching this interview I have come to a realization that I don't only love the" Lucas "character more, but also love Chris McNally the actor, the most!
I am heartbroken that the story has taken this turn. To me Lucas was perfect for Elizabeth - I felt the attraction to Nathan was the uniform and the links to Jack. Lucas is intelligent, educated and a refreshing change from Jack.
I don't know if the actors read these comments, but Chris McNally... You are the BEST! You acting skills are off the charts and all my family and friends enjoy watching you on any show. You are the ONLY reason I watched WCTH! I hope they find you a strong, beautiful, intelligent and amazing partner that you deserve and who challenges you. That would be so fun to watch. You are such a sincere and caring person. And you have a huge loyal legion of fans out here! Wishing you all the best in wherever your career takes you. Just please never stop acting and entertaining!
Sadly, this is a weak response to try to band aid the mess that was made by the showrunners/writers. Chris is a class act to have to spin this ridiculousness and I wish him all the best.
Love this interview!! Chris McNally expresses himself so well! He really is so eloquent! He is the only reason that I continue to watch WCTH after the end of season 10.
It’s not all about Elizabeth. Lucas was always good about spoiling her and putting her first always. I hope he finds his true love in the next seasons, if they continue.
I actually think it was not the intention of the producers and writers but Lucas/Chris has risen to be the star of the show over shining both characters of Teacher Elizabeth/Erin and Mountie Nathan/Kevin. This actor is carrying the show now. A great number of viewers are tuning in just for the Lucas storyline. This comment will probably upset and enrage the fans that so dislike Lucas/Chris. It’s my opinion that the new direction of Elizabeth’s character has completely disrespected the author of the books who wrote Elizabeth as a young privileged woman moving west to teach where she grows into an independently strong mature woman. The new Elizabeth proceeding from S9 is now emotionally immature, dependent, and just an unlikable spoiled teenager. This is what is so disappointing to fans. Don’t get me wrong I have enjoyed WCTH from S1-9. However I found S10 horribly disjointed and confusing. I just keep thinking why would Elizabeth be with another Mountie? Why would Elizabeth want to be with Nathan a weird guy? Kevin in many interviews has described Nathan as a weird guy. So I’m guessing that TPTB want to give the Nathan/Kevin fans the story they demanded.
I agree with you. Last season did not make sense for the Elizabeth character. She's become wishy-washy. I don't know why she'd want another mountie. They have nothing in common. Lucas always put her first and encouraged her in so many ways.
@@michaelinedegruy-zk3euso your argument is Nathan is weird so he doesn't deserve love? Even if some in society may find someone weird, if the person is a good person don't they deserve love to? Nathan was a little bit quiet and keep to himself when he came to Hope Valley, but what we didn't know at the time was the reason he came to Hope Valley. He was probably a bit heart broken about what happened. He is also someone that takes his job very seriously. We saw his personality best when he was more relaxed with Allie in S6. Also, he was not "weird" the more he opened up. Each season we saw more of his awesome personality! I think you just like Lucas because he is a smooth talker/charmer fleeting qualities. I like Nathan because he's grounded, he feels & cares deeply, he is a great uncle/father, his love and chemistry with Elizabeth, his playfulness, his humor, and his quiet strength! Kevin is very out going in real life from what I've seen in his interviews as most actors are. So, a quiet man like Nathan was in S6 would be strange to Kevin. 😂 But I love both Kevin McGarry the actor's personality and the character Nathan Grant's personality. The more the writers developed Nathan's personality, the more Nathan reminded me of my grandpa. That's a good thing. It means Nathan would be the type of man to be faithful to Elizabeth married to her 65 years plus like my grandparents were. 😊❤
@@michaelinedegruy-zk3euI think Chris has done a good job in his role as governor Lucas, but Kevin and Erin have done a good job in their roles as Nathan and Elizabeth too! Many people are watching for Elizabeth and Nathan's romance. I like all the cast & crew. I watched for chris role as governor Lucas too! I loved the strong, deep emotional storylines we got this year. Kevin, Erin, and Chris all did well with the Higgins storyline. Then with Allie's birth father storylines Kevin and Jaeda did amazing with their adoptive father/daughter storylines. And Allie having to realize that Nathan has been the man there for her all her life. That Nathan is her dad, not her birth father, Dylan. Then Erin did great as Elizabeth supporting Nathan when he was going through all that with Allie. I loved the unofficial shooting investigation that Bill & Rosemary were involved in.. Jeannette is Shaw that was a crazy twist. I thought it was a great season from all the actors & the WCTH crew.
❤we Love you Lucas! We also totally enjoy watching you on wcth...no matter qhat role or whom is in your life. We are just happy you are a strong character, with great leadership . Good interview, and for all those qho watch weekly, it all is very mature and fits your secure personality the way your breakup added a twist in the story. ❤. Keep Inspiring us.
Chris did handle the interview very maturely, just like his character! I agree with a lot of comments on here - the writers messed up BADLY. I used to love Elizabeth but they've written her as an indecisive and kind of insensitive character who suddenly can change her mind about very important things! She was so in love with Lucas until the last few episodes of Season 10, and then it's like she has a personality disorder... If she really loved Lucas she would've/should've gone with him to Capital City for a season. A real woman of that era would've done that because of the commitment already there. Little Jack was clearly smitten with him, too. If the writers wanted to do a dramatic breakup episode, they should've done so BEFORE an engagement and not three weeks before the wedding!! It's hard to be Team Lucas OR Team Nathan when Elizabeth jumps between each team so often?! I feel very sad for Lucas!
At this point this show doesnt deserve Chris McNally at all. If they were to break them up , they should have shown the break down of their relationship ; rather they just played switcheroo It doesnt justify any of the character arcs or growth. I think this sort of shoddy writing is the death knell for this show
Lucas is all class..he treated Elizabeth with respect...and i think the producers and writer's screwed this up breaking them up. The chemistry between these 2 is undeniable and Nathan just doesn't have that chemistry with Elizabeth like Lucas Does. Hopefully we will be in for another suprise with Lucas and Elizabeth because they way they loved each other it can't be duplicated with someone else.
Chris talks with integrity and is definitely shows loyalty to the entire cast and his own character. You can almost feel what he's going through in each episode. Chris is definitely a viable character as Lucas. The character Lucas was made for Chris to play.
Elizabeth making up her mind in the first place, went on faaaaar too long. To see it flip flop again, is disappointing to say the least. I have cut any emotional ties I had to Elizabeth's love life. I just concentrate on the rest of the Hope Valley characters and their stories: Henry, Joseph, the Coulters - these are my favourites now.
I think I am going to like Chris/Lucas this season more than past seasons. I think it is going to be more about being governor and I look forward to that storyline.
@@suecox5575perhaps not. The book has always been about a Mountie and a Teacher. They shook it up a little bit to make it interesting but you had to know it was always going to be about a Mountie.
@@ethelcraig2947Yes, I always thought they would get Elizabeth with Nathan. It would have been a little unrealistic for Elizabeth not to struggle with fear about being in a relationship with Nathan in S8. Her husband died in the line of duty, but Elizabeth fell in love with Nathan. Lucas pursued her and she tried to move on with him, but ultimately the heart wants what it wants. Her love for Nathan was stronger than the safe comfortable love she had with Lucas. She is in love with Nathan. I like Lucas in his new role of governor though. Hope he gets a new love interest in S12. I hope WCTH will have Elizabeth and Nathan marry in S12. 😊 ❤
Yes, the book was always about a mountie/teacher in the book Elizabeth was married to her mountie for life. Daniel Lissing leaving made the show take a detour as they had to kill off the character, Jack Thornton. Also, Jeanette Oke wrote a huge history write up in her book about the mounties before she began her fictional book. It was meant to honor the mounties the Royal North-West Mounted Police (RNWMP) to it becoming in the 1920's the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) which the show WCTH did change the Police force name in S11 of WCTH its supposed to be 1921 so pretty accurate to history on that part by Lindsay Sturman. Also, since this show is about mounties career & life the character Bill Avery should also get a big part in this show too as he is a retired mountie turned Judge. LS gave him a big role in S11. That was the best. But we should get major stories for our character Constable Nathan Grant as HV's mountie! Showing both his personal life with a courtship with Elizabeth & being with her & Jack Jr. too & his life with his daughter, Allie too! Then his career as a mountie. JT's seasons sucked as he tried to recon the show from the original stories about mounties. I wouldn't have been mad at JT contrary to what TL is probably thinking if Elizabeth had chosen Lucas if Elizabeth hadn't been so nasty to Nathan in S8. She ended up with a great friendship with Nathan. Then JT giving Nathan good mountie stories in both S8 & S9. We didn't get that from JT instead he had the character Nathan beat up emotionally & physically in S8 & S9. E's harsh words & nastiness breaking N's heart in all of S8. Physically beat up by Dylan (Allie's birth father) in S8, episode 1. S9- nothing went right for Nathan either. He was physically beat up getting hurt in the hit & run. Nathan was emotionally beat up watching the woman he was in love with date Lucas. Nathan tried to move on, but casually dating never worked out with anyone as N was still in love with E. Then E gets engaged to another man, L. So, N was emotionally beat up! 😥 So, honestly as someone who was disappointed because JT didn't seem to give good storyline to the lawmen both the current mountie & retired mountie. I'm glad Hallmark fired JT & the co-creators with showrunner LS + consultant AM fixed this show, WCTH! I'm glad Nathan & Elizabeth are a couple! Kevin is an incredible actor & deserved better scripts for his character Nathan Grant in S8 & S9. JT deserved to be fired. Glad the show is back to its roots with a mountie/teacher romantic relationship between Nathan & Elizabeth! ❤ 😊
I'm actually hoping that Hallmark, the co-creators, & LS are planning a transition season in S12. We get Nathan & Elizabeth story mostly in Hope Valley. We get Lucas story as governor & his new life in CC in S12. Then in WCTH S13, I want it to focus on only Elizabeth & Nathan as the main characters with their courtship or marriage (hopful they are married by S13) then their careers in the community. Nathan as the lawman of HV. Elizabeth as the teacher of HV. Then it to focus on Allie & Jack Jr (& hopefully blended family) I actually want a WCTH spin off show S1 for CM's character Lucas. Yes I would okay with at some point CM's character, Lucas gets a new relationship. I want to see all about his life in Capital City. I want to see Lucas become a successful governor. I think that would be a good solution to the divide in the fan base to hopefully bring most hearties from TN & TL together & hopefully most hearties would support two shows. If we get blessed & Hallmark & the co-creators & LS gives us two shows. Just my opinion & how I would handle the divide if I was in charge of Hallmark.
This is so wrong, this should not be happening. They should’ve got married and been a happy couple. The writers of this show, are making it backwards. All it is doing is starting all over again. Elizabeth said love is forever, she is lying. She told Lucas she loved him. Well now she’s saying her feelings has changed well! You don’t just fall out of love, don’t she don’t know what she’s talking about. I think she needs us psychiatrist. And season 8 she told Lucas’s mother, once you love someone you love them forever! So she lied to Lucas‘s mother. I do not like this show much anymore because it is going backwards.
Remember Jeannette, the widow Lucas helped? She comes to HV this season in Episode 4. Hopefully this will lead to an interesting story & keep Elizabeth away from Lucas.
@@suecox5575You & me both. The change in Elizabeth is making her very unlikable. They say she really did love Lucas, but she's not showing it at all. I can't hardly stand to watch & listen to Elizabeth. I record WCTH & fast forward anything that's Elizabeth & Nathan....so sad.
@@suecox5575Exactly. It's hard to believe Elizabeth could be that in love with Nathan when she just spent 2 years in love with Lucas....their relationship was very mature where Elizabeth with Nathan seems childish & unbelievable.
I feel bad for Chris, stuck on this half baked show when he is way too talented for it. Still, Chris's ability to be excited and upbeat proves he is such a good sport.
Chris is a one in a million, fantastic young man/actor. Just received A Tail of Love yesterday & will be watching for 3 Beds, 2 Baths, 1 Ghost, but for now, I'm getting excited to see where the storyline for Lucas takes him. From what Chris says, it's going to be great! 👍
Hi Sharon Yesterday I watched 3 Bed 2 bath & 1 ghost for the 2nd time . I love that movie. And I’m so anxious to watch Chris in Hope Valley with or without a woman. Doesn’t sound like he’s going to find love this season.
Hi Lucy, yes, after listening to Chris, I'm much more excited to watch Season 11. I also listened to Erin's individual interview, but wasn't very impressed with what she was saying...I still have no desire to watch her & Kevin/Nathan. I still buy DVD's mostly because there's still a lot of housing development out here & we lose cable during the day. I don't get alot, just special movies like Sailing into Love. Remember y'all, the book says she married a Mountie, not a businessman. Daniel Lissing had to be written out to pursue other acting opportunities in Season 5, causing writers to re-vamp the storyline.
She should have just chosen Nathan instead of this way, it makes her character look fickle and not an intelligent woman who knows who and what she wants...smh
I loved how Lucas and Little Jack connected (Buddy). He is also more romantic, and I feel like Elizabeth had a chemistry with Lucas. I dont see it with Nathan, the father figure, or the chemistry. I almost gave up on the show when Jack was killed off. I will hang on with this new love, but I am not happy!
I also loved the relationship between little Jack and Lucas. Elizabeth and Lucas chemistry was undeniable. Plus Lucas is so romantic, handsome, and good looking as well. They would have been a wonderful family.
As far as Nathan being a good father figure he wasn’t a great father to Allie. We met this young girl who was sassy, not easily attracted to fitting in, sometimes even rude and bratty. Allie has matured with age and under the influence of Elizabeth not because of Nathan being a good father figure. Nathan needs parenting lessons before I would want him influencing my child.
Having her now chose Nathan is just continuing with a replacement for Jack! During this back and forward I saw Elizabeth character portraying that she is fickle and doesn't know who she wants and goes up and down in the moment. She doesn't deserve Lucas
I think the writers did the characters abd and fans a disservice by breaking up Lucas and Elizabeth. The new story line with her and Nathan is so boring. They have no chemistry. Also Elizabeth acts annoyed that Lucas is staying in Hope Valley for awhile. He saved the town and got injured! This makes her so unlikeable. Now it appears the writers are bringing in a past girlfriend of Lucas and making him seem shady or a bad guy. Very disappointing and will upset fans more.
Lucas, is such a kind caring loving man! There's no comparison between Lucas and Nathan...Lucas is so mature, dependable, kind and caring...he always tries to help anyone he can! Nathan, acts immature, and sometimes selfish and pouts like a love sick teenager! Lucas BELONGS with Elizabeth! For Elizabeth to choose Nathan, is pathetic...is she sure or is she seeing "Jack" in Nathan. Nathan was the cause Elizabeth, left Lucas at the train station the way she did! That shows a confused, immature woman who can't commit! She will never do better than Lucas!
Not to be disrespectful to Lucas but it wasn't all of a sudden! Sorry I saw this coming there was so many signs? She cared for Lucas but truly loved Nathan she was afraid of be hurt again and Lucas was the safe choice! I like the story is heading for a Nathan/Elizabeth relationship as it should be why they went with a Lucas/Elizabeth story is beyind me!!
@@patriciagill9513 I find it hard to believe that Elizabeth falls out of love with Lucas. They were two people that was truly in love. Plus they had so much in common. I believe the new writers wanted the show to go in a different direction. Their breakup was a mistake and they belong together.
Great interview. Chris/Lucas is still my choice. He’s always wanted what was best for Elizabeth. Never appreciated the fact that Nathan kept pursuing her even when engaged to someone else. I still remain Team Lucas. We’ll see how this season plays out. 💕
Lucas took the high road and let everyone else off the hook. They have now taken everything from this man who has only been generous to the town of HV and it's residence. I hope that he goes on to have a happier ending than what we have seen so far.

Love Lucas and Chris who plays him brilliantly. I liked Lucas and Elizabeth, last season was retconned sadly by new showrunner which is obvious. I feel for Lucas who has lost all and the heartbreak and being shot etc.
I totally agree with you. In the interview, Deidre said, 'the RESPECTFUL' breakup...ugh! I didn't see anything respectful in Season 10 to Lucas. As for Lucas & Elizabeth's storyline, Season 10 was the worst, unbelievable & horrible season of the history of WCTH.
Great interview!! one of my favorite characters in WCTH but I don't agree with one of the comments on the comments section that someone posted say that he is better than Nathan..Nathan is also a remarkable man and one of my favorites too, just like Elizabeth, Rosemary and Lee and Bill all my favorites. Looking forward to Season 11 even with all its changes.

Yes Chris just like Lucas is a gentleman. When discussing the new storyline the show is proceeding with he’s humble, kind and respectful. Kevin is somewhat different in that his tone is bold, cocky, entitled and almost arrogant. Never has his character Nathan ever mentioned he wanted Elizabeth’s happiness. That’s the big differences in these characters and the actors personalities.
Lucas e Elizabeth juntos são perfeitos tirou toda emoção da série eu com raiva da pessoa que mudou a história tão linda e emocionante quando estava Lucas e Elizabeth juntos 😢
This was a Great interview with Chris. He has always wanted Elizabeth to be Happy. It's really disappointing that her character has gone downhill in my opinion. She used to be a strong woman that knows what she wanted. I felt that the train station breakup was not sincere at all. Almost like they were not glad about the drastic change. Poor Chris has to get shot and amnesia. (this happened to Nathan). No more creativity in the show. If this is the end of WCTH is Hallmarks fault for stirring the pot, and being deceptive and offending fans over and over again by not being committed to one story line that we could all follow. Good news! Chris is now Governor and can help safe Hope Valley so they at least gave him purpose. We all know that Nathan will now have the bigger part of the show because he's with Elizabeth. (Same thing happened with Nathan when Chris wone E's heart) Having the widow Jeanette come on the show is good, i bet she is an attractive young widow and Elizabeth gets jealous. This would be funny! Why not just bring in a new guy for Elizabeth so both Chris & Nathan can have a break from her. Maybe they should try a different spin off to the show. Any ideas? Is this the end of WCTH? Time will tell.
Loving someone does not necessarily mean that you are "in love" with that someone and have a true and endearing passion for that someone. It is better that Lucas and Elizabeth recognize that complexity and understand that the complete and sustaining love they are both looking for isn't what they have together at this time. Real life can be complicated. They are doing a great job of portraying that sometimes heartbreaking complexity.
Oi eu não tenho mais paciência de assistir esta série sem Lucas não tem mas aquela emoção de ver Lucas e Elizabeth juntos era perfeito Lucas muito romântico com a Elizabeth 😢❤
#TEAMLUCAS !! Maybe Julie Gonzalo can be a great love interest, find a character that she can play so he can forget about Elizbeth and hopefully - Ms Thatcher can regret her shallow breakup with Lucas. She & Nathan deserve to be unhappy. YET?? If the writers somehow see the light and allow Elizbeth to grow up instead of turn into a bimbo, I'd be very happy if she came and begged him to come back.
I could write a book on how badly When Calls the Heart destroyed its legacy in Season 10 but I've done that elsewhere. I will just say that Chris McNally is one of the finest actors that has ever graced that show and the Hallmark Channel is insane for not utilizing him more. We were betrayed by Brian Bird, the Lindsay Sturman hit squad, and Erin Krakow. I will personally never watch another episode. The writing was incongruent with itself and a complete retcon of the series. It broke all trust with Team Lucas. You promised us a wedding when she said yes to it all. Instead we were treated to a season full of anxiety and tears, lies that it was just her thinking about Jack and Nathan was just a friend, and finally a complete scorched earth to all of our good memories. For this, you will not be forgiven. NO TEAM NATHAN it didn't make sense. They could have made it to make sense. Lucas was never 100% but after the begging for a proposal and the yes to it all, the bonding with her son and the family photos, one would think a wedding would occur. You were never promised anything as close and as one who is still crying over what they did on the show and how they treated us afterward 6 months later, I just advise you, buyer beware. Chris McNally is a class act. I don't care what the reasons were they did this. I'm afraid his time on the show is limited since they basically are stripping Lucas of everything. But he's the most talented actor on the series (up with Martin Cummins) and I wish him well . Hallmark does not deserve him. And it has lost many of us.
@@marlenecushna8102 I agree. Nathan is so bland while Lucas is exciting and mysterious. Such a terrible turn that writers can't make up their mind who Elizabeth should be. I don't like Elizabeth anymore. She is selfish.
@ashleyholt3316 My daughter went through a situation like this. You have no idea how you will react when you have gone through a tragedy like Elizabeth did. I find it sad you feel that women are selfish when they are not in a good place. She needed love and support which we gave and friends and church gave to overcome. I hope no one you know ever experience such a thing. Hopefully you all would not think they are selfish!. God Bless and keep you.
@@sheilaharrison8770 I agree with everything you said because Elizabeth was fearful. It would make sense she would reject Nathan even though she was in love with him in S8. Because of her losing Jack in the line of duty. Then she tried to find a safe & comfortable love, but it didn't work out. Her heart belonged to Nathan because she was in love with him.
Chris really gives a great interview! So Lucas was for a season but Nathan is end game! I can live with that! Chris has a really sexy voice by the way, in addition to being easy to look at.
When she chose Lucas, she said Lucas was her forever. The writers changed, and the new writers wanted to go a different direction. Nathan's character could be sent to a different post and have to leave Hope Valley, too. I know Elizabeth is married to a Mountie in the books, but the show is not close to the books at all anyway. No matter which character one preferred for Elizabeth, we were assured the choice was made then the new writers jerked us around and did a very poor job of ending the relationship. He was doing what she wanted him to do when he exposed the old governor, and she rewarded him by backing out of the relationship. What has Nathan's character done to help Elizabeth grow as a person in comparison to Lucas's character? I like both of the actors who play Lucas and Nathan. I just think the writers went the wrong direction and changed something the viewers were assured was settled. Look back at some of the interviews after Elizabeth made her choice and see if we weren't assured the choice was made and Elizabeth was moving forward. There were no signs of doubt until the last episode of season 10.
I didn’t like/trust Lucas at first. Now I like him and respect him very much with his selflessness and maturity!! However I don't think Elizabeth is right for him. I think he’s better off with somebody else who’s a better fit for him. And I’m excited for this deeper Lucas themed storyline in season 11 (they’re it’s more about him instead of Elizabeth’s relationship with him)
I hate the direction this show is going it make’s Elizabeth look like a fool who doesn’t know what she wants. I think it’s a good time to drop this soap and move on to something more interesting.
The character Elizabeth was still dealing with her grief over losing Jack and afraid of loving someone so strongly and the possibility of losing someone else, especially another Mountie which is why she chose Lucus. As she agreed with Rosemary, Lucas was Safe.
@@debrazarges9544😂😂😂😂😂. Her safe choice almost got killed saving her town on the way to being governor. Let me completely honest 👍. The writing is so terrible it’s not even believable to most people.
The character Elizabeth was still dealing with her grief over losing Jack and afraid of loving someone so strongly and the possibility of losing someone else, especially another Mountie which is why she chose Lucus. As she agreed with Rosemary, Lucas was Safe. In the last season she was at the cemetery talking to Jack and telling hom she was afraid of losing someone else she loved because she was afraid of breaking again and not being able to put the pieces back together again, and where would that leave Little Jack. She has always had feelings for Nathan if you watched and observed her reactions to him when he went out and came back from his assignments.
When calls the heart lied to there fans about Lucas and Elizabeth getting Married they don’t care how fans really feel they just say that too make themselves
So if Elizabeth isn’t with Lucas anymore, why is she reacting to Janet coming to town? I think hearties just don’t like this flip flopping… that’s the issue. Just like when she had already chosen Lucas and then Nathan wanted her in the hospital by his side when he had an accident 🤷🏼♀️🫤😐🙄 so have Elizabeth pick a side and not changing sides between episodes
😮totally forgot the are completely redoing that whole scenario only with Lucas now . Who at Hallmark approved this concept? Like it’s an alternative universe from a different decision.
I hope Lucas finds a great new love. As for me, I will always prefer Elizabeth and Nathan together. Lucas doesn't fit Elizabeth at all and they just don't have the chemistry that Elizabeth and Nathan have. I will always be 100% for Nathan and Elizabeth. I think Lucas would be better fitted with someone else. It's nice that they can remain friends.

Exactly how I feel .They're pimping out actors to ask us to go along with stringing us along and trying to get us to accept yrs of BS
Agreed!!
Perfectly stated.
Love this interview!! Chris McNally expresses himself so well! He really is so eloquent! He is the only reason that I continue to watch WCTH after the end of season 10.
I hope we see lots of Lucas in season 11. It's essential that he remain a main character !!
Chris/Lucas is a class act all the way!
Love. Lucas on the show & in the interview seeing his real life personality even for a short time. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
We love you, Lucas!!! ❤
I am heartbroken that Elizabeth has flipped flooped again!!
Great interview as always. Team Lucas forever
At this point this show doesnt deserve Chris McNally at all.
If they were to break them up , they should have shown the break down of their relationship ; rather they just played switcheroo
It doesnt justify any of the character arcs or growth.
Thanks for all the support, I hope you have not stop watching I appreciat text favorite📥👇 @chrismcnallyprvvt
Chris talks with integrity and is definitely shows loyalty to the entire cast and his own character. You can almost feel what he's going through in each episode. Chris is definitely a viable character as Lucas. The character Lucas was made for Chris to play.
His story sounds better and more Lucas this season than just Elizbeth.
Lucas deserves BETTER!! What a waste of his time bcuz of Elizabeth. Love Lucas and hope he finds a great beautiful wife.
😘 I melt when I hear Chris’s voice and see his dimples - Pensioner fan from Wales with much gratitude. 🙏
Bless you!!! 😍 another pensioner here from Australia who is also a fan!!!♥
Bring in Julie Gonzalo ❤,she'll be so perfect for Lucas❤ , they'll have the best and the greatest chemistry together, forget Elizabeth ....
Ohhh, I totally agree with that. Perhaps Elizabeth will become jealous.
So, honestly as someone who was disappointed because JT didn't seem to give good storyline to the lawmen both the current mountie & retired mountie.
Then it to focus on Allie & Jack Jr (& hopefully blended family)
I actually want a WCTH spin off show S1 for CM's character Lucas.
Amei a entrevista do Chris. Lucas é um dos meus personagens favoritos. Boa sorte pro Lucas e Cris ❤
Lucus is just a one in a million! 🙌
My favorite....!!Why can't you find someone EXCEPTIONAL for him...Elizabeth is not good enough for him!!!....

Yesterday I watched 3 Bed 2 bath & 1 ghost for the 2nd time .

I, for one, find Elizabeth's indecisiveness about the men in her life annoying and tiresome at this point in the series. Pick one for crying out loud! Better yet, become a Mormon and marry BOTH of them! That would certainly add some spice to the storyline! 😃

@@melviniasimon2805 Agree totally!
I think the writers made a big mistake here. You are my pick big time Lucas.
Having her now chose Nathan is just continuing with a replacement for Jack! During this back and forward I saw Elizabeth character portraying that she is fickle and doesn't know who she wants and goes up and down in the moment. She doesn't deserve Lucas
Chris McNally really is the only reason that I watch When Calls the Heart
me too
Chris is very humble throughout the interview. Kevin seemed a little cocky too me. Both are good actors.
I have the same feeling.
Kevin's not cocky. He is just fun loving. He is enjoying his role & he cares about all hearties not just his fan base the McGarries.
I think the whole cast is probably happy that JT is gone though. CM has alot of possibilities storyline wise as governor in CC.
Chris McNally and Lucas are true gentleman.
Chris McNally is amazing!!
Lucas and Elizabeth’s breakup was too sudden so unrealistic
Not to be disrespectful to Lucas but it wasn't all of a sudden! Sorry I saw this coming there was so many signs? She cared for Lucas but truly loved Nathan she was afraid of be hurt again and Lucas was the safe choice! I like the story is heading for a Nathan/Elizabeth relationship as it should be why they went with a Lucas/Elizabeth story is beyind me!!

We love Lucas's character. Outstanding acting.
Loved your reply. Spot on with all.your comments.
Clever idea!❤.

Not happy. Chris is way too good. A Mountie. No. She lost one. Why would she want to try again?
Elizabeth is fickle & it shows...
I didn’t like/trust Lucas at first. Now I like him and respect him very much with his selflessness and maturity!! However I don't think Elizabeth is right for him. I think he’s better off with somebody else who’s a better fit for him. And I’m excited for this deeper Lucas themed storyline in season 11 (they’re it’s more about him instead of Elizabeth’s relationship with him)
Go Chris McNally I’m on you times I want you back in my heart forever I love your heart you have my whole soul
I just love him as a person !
I still love Lucas and Elizabeth!
I think it is time for this show to end. It has lost its way.
I don't agree. I still love the show.
@@debrazarges9544😂😂😂😂😂. Her safe choice almost got killed saving her town on the way to being governor. Let me completely honest 👍. The writing is so terrible it’s not even believable to most people.
@debrazarges9544 She wasn't grieving during her relationship with Lucas until S10 when the new writers came in ..🤔
She has no chemistry either Nathan, seems like last season she was becoming very selfish,
There was nothing respectful about the breakup! She was cruel!!
WAS my favorite show, so disappointed!!
This is not the way it was written. Elizabeth was truly in love with Lucas until the writer decided to flip flop.
Great interview! I'm rooting for Nathan and Elizabeth but love Lucas.
I will always want Lucas to be with Elizabeth. The writers shouldn't have let this happen.
Love Chris and Lucas but glad that Elizabeth ended up with Nathan in the end.
When calls the heart lied to there fans about Lucas and Elizabeth getting Married they don’t care how fans really feel they just say that too make themselves
Feel better
The one and only ❤️
NOT WATCHING. YOU PEOPLE ALWAYS
SCREW UP EVERY GOOD SHOW. SMH 😢
In my opinion, Elizabeth needs to be with someone new. Not another Bounty and not Nathan. He has too much baggage.
Nathan is dull and I find E/N looking forced and fickled. Boring together imo
