Tom Mick & Maniacs was a shortlived swedish popgroup in the late sixties. Built around the two great singers Tommy Körberg and Michael Johansson the group had a hit with Somebody´s taken Maria away.

I love 1980s music best. However, there are some 1960s songs I really like: Young Girl Get out of My Mind by Gary Puckett and The Union Gap, Little Red Riding Hood by Sam the Sham and the Pharohs, Ticket to Ride by the Beatles, etc. I like this song Girl, You'll Be a Woman Soon too. It really goes with some 1960s UK thrillers and dramas I have been checking out lately. (I like to think of movies when listening to songs sometimes.) Thanks for sharing this version of the song.

Ja, jag sjunger fortfarande,hade en stor (3 timmar lång ) show senast Gävle med ett nytt band Bäckstreet Boysden 21/12 dec 2012.Ska ner på Tyrol i Sthlm 16 /3 på en 60-talsgala .Bandnamnet beror på att jag kommer och numera bor på Bäckvägen i Valbo en mil utanför Gävle .
