The RERA date has twice been extended from original March 2021 to Sept 2021 to April 2022. It expires this month on 22nd April 2022. I have a unit booked in phase 1, paid 90% last July 2021 but clueless whether I will get it or Godrej will again extend it. Godrej does not give any clear picture. Repenting to have gone after Godrej's name and a listed builder.

The project is not being given Occupancy Certificate and the reason for it is not known. Godrej team shy away from revealing the exact reasons. May be sports land usage issue. Likely to be an endless wait if it is so. It is very risky to buy property in Delhi NCR.

They are not trustworthy for us any more as they are not even responding to our request for refund of EOI money from Godrej Palm Retreat Phase-2 Sector 150, Noida. At least we deserve to be heard. Such a customer unfriendly and looting company. We have not spared any platform for last 5 months but they don't even respond. But we will continue to make people aware about their unprofessional behaviour.
No faith in Godrej now, they are not refunding my EOI money paid for Godrej Palm Retreat Sector 150 Noida 9 months ago despite several reminders. How they can sit on our hard earned money for so long?
