When will I get my first service user in my supported living business

If you follow my story's on instagram you would know that I'm currently in Dubai and I've been here for 3 months. It's amazing to be able to own a CQC registered supported living business and be in another country. This is what I want to for you.
I always get asked when will I get my first service user, so let me give you an example of one of my clients.

Started working with me on the 1st April 2023
Submitted their application to the CQC on 20th April 2023
Their interview was 8 August 2023
Confirmation that they passed was on 9th August 2023
Got accepted onto our local framework on 10th August 2023
Got their first service user on 8th December 2023
Second service user on 11 January 2024
Assessed a 3rd service user on 17th January 2024, they are just waiting for him to come out of hospital.
