I think the city is called Vain's Pass - part of the Genesis mod.
The only mods are Genesis, Recruit Prisoners, and Dark UI (I later add an enhancement for this).
I'll add the mod list to the description the next time I play ✊

I'm using only a few mods, and I've added them to the description now (I forgot, oops!)
Genesis, which is a complete overhaul mod (basically a combination of too many mods).
RecruitPrisoners, which allows you to... recruit your prisoners.
Attack Slots x5, which increases the difficulty a little (5 people can 'fight' your character at once, and all hit simultaneously).
And then some UI visual mods like Dark UI and Dark UI Retexture.
They're all pretty easy to get on the Steam workshop :)
(I don't know if I'll make a video explaining them, but if I do get more comments I'll make one at the end of this 'season' - it's only 5 episodes long)
