Well done presentation how to vote, how the voting process easy time consuming, how you insert your voting ballot into the vote-machines. New York City Council member should implement the same process system in New York. On October 2020, I vote in New York City for the first time during the early presidential elections and I had to wait in line for 2 hrs. to get into the Brooklyn Museum building, as well I should’ve packed lunch with me or brought some ready-to-eat-fast junkfood snacks.

While the look of the apparati is different from what we have in Cook County in Illinois (and I understand in the City of Chicago), the concept of and the procedure for the voting system in Cook County are almost identical to that which the reporter is being shown in Southeastern Texas. In Cook County, we judges give the voter an activation card which they use to access the particular ballot on the Touchscreen. Then, the voter touches the boxes for the candidate of his/her choice. After the voter has made all her/his selections, s/he can review the ballot on the screen before printing the ballot. Next, the voter takes the printed ballot over to the scanner where a judge will initial it and hand it back to the voter for her/him to insert into the scanner. When the scanner successfully accepts the ballot, it falls into the bottom of the scanner and alerts the voter (and the judge who is observing the process) that his/her ballot has been cast. Then, the voter returns the activation card to the judge, who, in turn, gives the voter an "I Voted" decal. (You would not believe how many voters eagerly await that decal.)
ok, so you can see that the printer printed your correct choices but how do you know the machine that actually counts your vote is correct? There needs to be random hand counts across the country, even in areas where there are blow outs because those would be the easiest areas to add votes without anyone noticing.

They are doing everything possible to keep these voting machines they say Texas is to poor to afford new ones so we must use the rewrite format.
the new machines will make it longer to vote and I HATE the idea of having to use more than one machine ........ the video showed how you can vote for individual candidates but do you have a choice of voteing a straight ticket also
