as a non-native english speaker it's not difficult at all. usakistanis tend to have a very limited vocabulary, and their metaphors are pretty shallow. even online i see many of them that cant even use the most basic features of the language. they cant even tell the difference between "your" and "you're", or when to use "than" and when to use "then".....and "fewer" and "less".

This is the same lesson i learned as a child, me also being russian, i am prone to violent outbursts. I learned at a young age that silence is golden. ANYTIME anyone wanted to argue with me i would just sit back and let them get out everything they had in their heads and when they were done i said ok and walked away. Nothing stings more when the other person realizes they spent 15-20 minutes screaming at the air. Also the only way that top would have been too provacotive is if you didn't have a bra on underneath. That was a fine outfit choice.
That is my go-to! Most women block out all logic when arguing, so it’s a waste of time engaging with them. Learned that after years of battling the ex-wife. After I’ve made my point, which she usually ignored and just rambled on, I’d just stop responding. Perfect argument killer. It’s amazing how hard that is for most people to do. They just have to get that last word in.

The way I see it, if somebody hits you, they should absolutely expect to get hit back. You know the saying “treat others the way that you want to be treated”? In my eyes, if someone hits me, they’re giving me permission to hit them back. Of course, never to excess. Only to match their violence, or put an end to the confrontation.
I’m not a violent person, but if someone hits me, I’m going to be hard-pressed to not hit them back. The problem with fighting back (or even just defending yourself) against a woman is that if there is any kind of mark on her at all as a result, you’re going to be in legal trouble, even if you were not at fault. I think that’s part of the reason why women hit men so much. Men most likely aren’t going to hit back, so the woman has no reason to stop.

Very perceptive of you Dascha. Not only is Bill wrong about winning the point means you’ve won the battle. Not against a determined woman it doesn’t and, as you correctly observed, that’s a far cry from winning the war. For example my wife has the four qualities most women have. She is kind, loving, nurturing and evil. She is also smart and she doesn’t fight to win battles. She wins wars! Here’s a story of a war she won when I tried to break her from nagging me all the time. I was driving her to work one morning. All the way she was nag, nag, nagging me and wouldn’t shut up. For the whole 30 minutes she kept nagging and wouldn’t stop. I kept saying “Yes dear.” To placate her. She just kept nagging and pretty soon I just got mad and shut up. When we reached her place of employment I stopped the car. I reached over her and threw her door open and said angrily to her “Now shut up and go make me some money.”. With a surprised look she defiantly said “Oh yea? What you gonna do with my money?”. I angrily retorted “I’m going to Grannies House of Ill Repute!”. Without blinking an eye she calmly said “Say hi to your mother for me.”. Game, set, match and war. She still nags me to this day and what makes it truly terrible to endure is she is almost always right. So it just goes to show you. Men lose the war to women because we underestimate women’s capacity for being evil! ;-)

Taking the situation for what it is, and what you said, asking a significant other for some help is not neurotic. Even if you screwed up your foot the day before. It's give and take. And reducing a relationship to bribes of any sort is super dangerous.

"Bribing" has to be pretty out of control to create any dangerous situation, such as "if you do x for me, I'll buy you that thing" or "if you do x for me, I'll do x sex favor". Those should be obvious no no's as they create disconnection. Fun banter, enhances connection and just makes things more light hearted which is good when a person isn't in the mood to be active (such as when waking up) On the other hand EXPECTATION can be toxic in a relationship. If you simply box this situation as "its just give and take" you may set up a dynamic where you always expect certain behaviours from your significant other and create friction overtime, which can erode at fractures already present in the relationship and accellerate a split. Keep in mind, this isn't some random person telling you this, but a counsellor of 15 years plus, expectation SEEMS innocent, but it isn't. Its easy to confuse these things and get them a bit twisted. You can't be too sure it is 'all in good fun' considering the superiority complex many women have thanks to feminism gassing them up at every turn. I'd like to agree in this case but the context and her smug tone about it says otherwise.
