Harassment needs to be on two 'separate' occasions and not just after someone says the same thing twice in the same encounter. And all I see was him walking away and you walking followed by him stopping to talk to you, making you stop to tell him to go away. Every time he stopped to talk you stopped to listen. That's not following someone !

I've seen countless times where a police officer clearly follows someone and when asked why they are harrassing the person, they claim they are not and they are just walking the same way as the person they are following and have the right to do so. Seems strange the cop felt the opposite.

Did he learn anything from it? Does he comprehend why a member of the public would act to him as a constable in that way? I do wonder if he got it at all, so I just feel the full job would be done with a second party to try to educate/retrain. Hell I'm looking for a perfect world.....🙄😎
