I bought this charger since it is indicated to be supported by the Charge Master PC program. That is true but the Battery Analyze functionality of the Charge Master Software allowing download of data does not seem to be enabled/supported for the Q200neo ??? (which was the main incentive for buying the charger ....)

How do you update it? Can’t find an update anywhere! Now I can’t use it

The firmware can be upgraded over the OTA(On the Air) through Skycharger app.

2. What's the max amp charge current on each port when using the DC as a power source?
3. Does it work with the D350 discharge bank?

It sucks. It has no warranty in the US. Channel B stopped working after 10-15 charging cycles.
