I would buy this with caution. The one I purchased immediately failed calibration and nothing I tried would fix this. After looking online, I found that other were having the same problem. Some people posted on Skyrc’s TH-cam channel and their version of support to fix the problem was to copy and paste instructions from the manual. I mean who could’ve figured that one out? If you have $200 to throw at a paperweight it does look cool though.
Cautions: RTB001 is a high-precision instrument. Before use, pay attention to the following guidelines to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of the RTB001 instrument. 1. Avoid exerting force on the protruding part of the motor shaft in any direction, even when installing the adaptors and tires. Forcing it may lead to damage to the internal sensor. 2. Ensure that the operating surface is stable and free from vibrations. Ideally, place the instrument on a firm and level surface. 3. Maintain a moderate airflow around the instrument and avoid exposing it directly to large objects such as air conditioners or fans. 4. During usage, transportation, and storage, take precautions to prevent the instrument from falling or being subjected to excessive vibrations. 5. When the instrument is not in use, kindly remove the tire from the adaptor and disconnect the power supply. 6. It is strictly prohibited to touch the tire or forcibly stop the motor during detection rotation, as this may cause damage to the motor and sensor.
Man who would’ve thought to read the manual when there is an issue. Copy in paste from the manual is definitely the best form of support I have ever seen before what a joke.
Maybe just do a better job of gluing your tires on.. Can't believe they've brought a machine out to tell you where to stick some putty 😂😂😂😂.. Absolute waste of money..
@@skyrcshow Wait, did you just say R/C tire balancing is critically important from a safety perspective? The device in this video has a lot of run-out, you can see the adapter wobbling and the tire wobbling. How is that not throwing off the measurement?

I can already see that the adapter has runout. It's not going to be accurate.
😮😍
It doesn't appear to balance F1 tires. This is a huge disappointment.
no off-road? missed opportunity
why should it not work for offroad?
When is this being released?
AmainHobbies is taking preorders t 33% off... only 199
Don't do it
Mine will not calibrate. Why is that?
