Erin Gray was in an episode of Magnum, p.i. It was an attempt at a spin off too. Also, I was watching The Rockford Files earlier and she was in the episode I saw. Coincidence? I think so.
Remember the episode of Buck Rogers in the 21st Century when Gary Coleman was President of Earth? No, not Gary Coleman acting as President of Earth. His back story is he was the real Gary Coleman who was like frozen or something, ha.
The MSX version was great too. But in stead of an exploding screen after level 3 you took off in to space. The fighter also looks like the one used in the TV series.
Ok I'm coming back to this channel after 5 years and why the name change to Lord Karnage??? Why no Classic game room and didn't he had some friends too that sometime reviewed some stuff, what happened to them?
+Anshuman Jain The name change happened a long time ago (username is still the same), but there was recently a huge restructuring after Mark basically got financially screwed by TH-cam (for the second time). The show was losing money fast, so CGR Undertow was cancelled in December, and CGR itself was going to be downsized to just a hobby for Mark (in other words, new videos only in Mark's spare time). However, by suggestions of his fans, he began a Patreon campaign in early January and was able to get enough support to keep the show going full time.
The C64 version of this is awesome. You really should review some of those games, because obviously you don't have nearly enough things left to review, right?
"...looks like an X-Wing fighter from behind." I'm intrigued. I have a theory on why Mark has to keep saying those names over and over again. He sold his soul to the Ron Jeremy foundation in order to get his $5 per month Patreon and now his soul is encased in a solid gold 2DS and now he has to keep saying the names of his Lords from the Ron Jeremy Foundation in order to keep the evil batteries in the 2DS from running out, which would extinguish his SOUL. The Ron Jeremy Foundation and Nintendo: A match made in HELL!
Haha ,so you might possibly think that sega did knew that they cutn't compeat against nintendo, so they may tout to make games for the atari XE instead to compeat against nintendo that way, hahaaa.
I still have my Buck Rogers lunchbox. Loved the space vampire episode.
I love that old Atari "explosion" sound.
I had this for the Coleco Adam Computer! It was on cassette tape of all things..
you paid $1000 bucks for the ADAM? Man no offense but you coulda got a C64 and a nice new TV back in early eighties!

the Genesis rpg is awesome loved that game!!
See what you've done, Mark? Now I've got to stay up all night watching Buck Rogers!
Have this for the 5200 but damned if I can get (and keep) a working controller.

That looks so much better than my 2600 cart for the game.
Mark, please tell you aren't living without having seen Hell Comes to Frogtown!
I'm so happy that there were references to Tweaky in this review.
I used to watch Buck Rogers just to see Erin Gray
Mark always keeps his fingernails clean and presentable with those close up shots.
Mark is there snow in the intergalactic space arcade
There is no snow in the future, just the falling ashes from the Robotron Wars of 2085.
My 3rd favorite version of Buck Rogers: Planet of Zoom (2nd is ColecoVision and 1st is arcade original).
Buck Rogers in the 25th Century vs. 1970's Battlestar Galatica? now there is a debate for ya. ;-)
***** For sure, but I'm thinking like Mark who I'm sure would defend Buck Rogers tooth and nail, and at least make it a funny video while doing it ;-)
The MSX version was great too. But in stead of an exploding screen after level 3 you took off in to space. The fighter also looks like the one used in the TV series.
All women on that show were smokin!
I love it when he says New Jersey in the cyborg voice
can you review resident evil 2 that would be awesome
Hello. With the passing of David Bowie, would you consider reviewing "Omikron The Nomad Soul",please? Thank you.
MK3 all the way. looking forward to the Podcast!
OMG I had this game on my DOS PC... never knew its name and have totally forgot about this game until today... it was so haaard
My favorite episode, was the when were Buster Crabbe himself shows up.
+Andrew Vrba Planet of the Slave Girls. That was great one. Space Vampire is my favourite. I loved that show... well, the first season, at any rate.
+Frankenstein077 greatest defense against space vampires? run them into the sun!
My favorite cameo ever!
Nice reverb.
combining two fanboys into one mark don't break the universes.
so now we have MARKIV ... atari sega fanboy MarkIV ... from the FUTURE
Thumbs up for Erin Gray!

awesome
i want to re-watch buck rogers again. too bad the second season was total crap.
Bah... the Colecovision port runs circles around this. At least that has all the levels from the original arcade game.
More like Duck Dodgers & the 24 1/2th Century
that was my childhood
Amazing game ....
Dat XEGS

Seems to be missing the "trench" scenes from the Coleco and Arcade versions... pretty poor really.
The Atari XE is one of the most beautiful bits of hardware design ever.
We all need more CGR … EDF EDF EDF…
Yes, Buck Rogers is cool and all- but where the hell is Command & Conquer?! From God, to Kane, to Seth, to Lord Karnage.
If only it had the C64 music in it.
Oh yeah the Genesis game has a PC sequel. And they are based on a tabletop RPG. And they made 2 tabletop RPGs and a board game.
never head of this video game
