I caught your channel by chance! I am so glad that I did! I have binged watched the majority of or if not all of your videos! Your channel is educational and fun! You and your wife have an awesome sense of humor! I have watched your journey from the United States; to making a dream life for you and your wife in the Philippines! I am really happy for you! I smile every time I watch your videos! What a delightful channel! Looking forward to your next video! Thank you!
Wow, thank you for that! We love the life we created and want to promote a better life to others!
I second that. I've binged almost all of them. Ran across you by chance- love the content you produce! Keep it up!

@@jaxripper251hello… I’m sorry about your life…
It’s really hard to be happy for others because you yourself aren’t happy with your life.
It’s the fact- that’s why I understand your comment.
We are happy- so I can only say positive words to other people.
Hoping to lighten your life.
@@jaxripper251 Like I said, you’re doing it wrong.
House/yard looks great! Everything has really come together and it has obviously become a gathering place for family and friends. Lots of laughter and wonderful food makes a healthy and happy home. Thanks for sharing!🙏
Very well said and thank you for watching
😉👍 I agree !
Lots of positive energy in the house on Sundays. Lots of laughing, great food, family, pets, etc. Plus you have an incredible house!
Thank you so much!
Your videos always make me smile! Keep doing your thing bro
Thank you and I will!
What a nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon. The garden is looking good.
Love how green and happy it is here!
Busy house but loving & fun! Thanks for sharing 🙏🏾❤️💜👍🏾
Thanks for the positive comment!
Useful info but overall its not the truth.
@@lsmith6378 are you not happy?
You obviously provide a variety of informative videos, but I must admit videos such as this simply bring a smile to my face. You both have great personalities with sarcastic sense of humor. You make me laugh. Although unrealistic, it would be so much fun to be a guest at your house or in the presence of you both just enjoying your company! You two imo would be a trip & make any situation fun/entertaining. Thank you for sharing your lives(Sunday) with me. Awesome as always! Take care. ✌🏼
Wow, thank you!
So Corey do you still have a job from USA or completely retired? My wife and I are thinking on retiring soon and I know of some people who are younger and fully retired we both have a job still but we’d be landlords of our house that we’d rent out for a decent sum
I’m still working 10 hours a week part-time online. I have rental properties as well so I’m more than comfortable.
Cory, you're a lucky son of gun, indeed =) That's a great family and great house. Y'all inspiring us. Thank you for the video!
Thank you! I created a life I don’t need to vacation from!
@@ItsMe_Philippines indeed that's a real achievement and real reason for putting efforts. Thank you for sharing and inspiring us to live more consciously 🙏

A couple questions. What do you grow, in the garden, any tropical fruit? Do you miss the USA? I really like your house nice pad.
To much to list and yes we have mango, banana, and coconut trees and the garden is for veggies. Do I miss the USA?!?! no, not at all! lol.
Youre a classy, funny dude who resides in a beautiful place. Had to laugh when I saw you doing jokes with your wife. Enjoy the philippinean lifestyle :) Greetings from germany
Thank you!
Good day Corey, I've been away for a minute and your videos always are nice to watch.. Its amazing what laughter brings in a home does. Keep moving forward!
100% agree and thank you

I can’t wait to get to the Philippines and get out of this freezing cold. I’m sick of being here and having a store built to sell my affordable health products organic organic coffee products for muscle, all kinds of health products and they’re coming out with chemical free cleaning products and chemical free personal care. Products can’t wait to get my store open is being built. Maybe you can build some workout equipment you had on your TH-cam channel
It is cold back home right now!
You could write a book. "Little Women" They are all so cute pampering each other
It's nice to see. I always try to nond with the women in my family in this way in the u.s. but they don't seem to like the closeness.
The truth is most relationships wouldn't exist if it was on the woman to build the house and make it happen, they have no real passion for building relationships, kings do, they build a castle and a woman moves into it.
Interesting to see runescape on Phillipines vid worlds collide.
What an awesomely blissful Sunday! Full of belly rubs for the pets! (I need to get a cat or dog costume and sneak into that house!! )🐶🐱

You don’t need roosters for eggs, get rid of them if you don’t use them for protection. I had 32 chickens and we had eggs for days. 😂
My wife feels bad about killing them so she keeps separating them and now we have too many lol
@@ItsMe_Philippines I totally understand, my ex would cry all day when I had to put one down.
And I love your content, seriously. I’m going to make it over there in the next year and all I could find were the s€x videos (which isn’t why I’m going there). Keep them coming, even if it’s a short video like today. 💯🔥
You need 1 or 2 to keep the hens in check. Roosters don't tolerate infighting. They don't tolerate birds of prey either, or cats or dogs. Keep the biggest roosters for protection.
@@ClassicCase Not if they’re caged or you look after them like I did. I had Eagles and Chicken Hawks to tend with, all I had was old CD’s and rope strung across their area. Birds won’t fly in if they feel they can’t fly out. And the fighting is good, it’s the pecking order.

OMG... talk about pampered wife, mate...
EDIT: Why do Filipinas look like they're 12 years old?
What you call pampered I call any feminine woman. If she doesn’t take care of herself then she’s not worth keeping. And none of them look 12 because they’re all in the 30s or 40s. Thank you for your comment.
@@ItsMe_Philippines Nah, they look 12 to me. And I’m not throwing any shade. I’m just observing.
@@Ajax-wo3gt hello. I think your just attracted to really older women. Or a mother type of women. Because you are not attracted to younger and happy personality.
I think you are more a behave person so you attracted that also behave woman.
Is that not boring? No joke? No laugh? No excitement in life? No thrill?..
Filipino laugh because we are happy inside… we have peace of mind and nothing to worry about anything! That’s life!
With peace! I would rather be called like 12 years old than be like a 50 years old and boring. That’s to much unhappy experiences in life.
Anyway.. thank you for watching. This is just my opinion on your comment about of 12 years old.😊

Yes
4:40 I grew up on a dairy farm and we raised chickens for the eggs and to eat. I'm guessing you have never butchered a chicken. It's a messy process 😅
Hows the hair doing ??
Good but it’s only been a little over a month. I’m going to wait 4 to 6 to really see the difference.
Saw your great article in Business Insider! Enjoy!!
Thank you! 😊
Perfect day for a long bike ride and working out. Come home and there is a lot of food! I have 5 sisters... This was my house everyday growing up.
Haha that would be rough
I always find it amazing how the markets there don't have things on ice. What keeps the products from going bad?
They pulled them out of a fridge/freezer but I do see them left out often
Most of the time they are freshly killed, it takes a lot of time to go bad. In the West our chicken will already be days old before we get it and from the moment it is killed it is growing bacteria, fridges only slow down the process.
I am bihari like your video

Duck eggs are superior to chicken eggs, I spent 10 years boxing 8 years body building and been power lifting the last 6. I switched to duck eggs in 2015, and its been a huge help, you need less eggs and get better nutrients out of it. You can also do like 3 hen, (not sure how what chicken breed is in PH) but on the low end 150-190 eggs a year per hen. So you will always have plenty of chicken eggs and get a dozen ducks (or less). And you are set.
Interesting.in what ways did you find the duck eggs superior
Thx for reply
@@islesanctum833 Better Nutrient density for sure, better source of calories per egg (more calories) with more nutrients mean you can actually use less eggs to get better macros, which in turn reduces things like calories, Since Duck eggs have higher fat content, and most nutrients being fat soluble vs water soluble. Your body is in a better position to absorb more nutrients when you eat. Duck eggs also tend to have a more creamer and tasty yoke, so if you make meals on a keto diet they are leaps over chicken when eating them and even more so when making keto "bread" with almond and coconut flower. Most of the other benefits are "debatable" as chicken eggs as too close to really have a clear advantage from one over the other. The other benefit to having more ducks is ducks are meatier birds. So, if you have a dozen ducks, let 3 of them hack eggs every year you could raise 3-4 months of meat birds just from maintaining a stock of 20 ducks and slaughtering the rest when they reach the ideal age 7-9 weeks depending on the breed.
Very interesting!

Hi Cory & Rachel, I love your videos. Even though we are total strangers, your videos make me feel like I know you as great friends. I'm falling in love with the Phillipines through your experiences that you capture so well. I am going to plan a long vacation with my wife in the next year or two. After we retire in a few more years, I'd like to "winter" in the Phillipines with my wife and enjoy the weather, people, and places that you capture so well. We also lived in Chicago and now live in Texas. Wishing you continued success with your YouTubing!!

Hey we love your videos but just wondering I’m checking every day and every week and just wondering are you having problems getting videos up there?
Am I having a problem getting videos? What do you mean?
Can't wait to meet my Filipina Girlfriend this July.
This is my dream to have our own house in the Philippines.
What island are you going to? Stay focused on your dreams so you can build a plan and make it happen!
Hi Cory. David here in southern Japan. A fun glimpse into a typical Sunday at your house. I think I counted 4 cats and 2 dogs. They must be fun to have around. As a cat owner myself, I enjoy mine but they sure want to eat every time I enter the kitchen. Great seeing you feed your cats real meat! Most cat food is junk. Interesting to hear your experience with all your chickens. I’ve considered getting some myself, but haven’t yet. They sure seem like quite a bit of work. I tend to agree. If you’re only breaking even, not sure if it’s worth it since it seems they take up a huge area of your property unless nutrition is significantly superior.
We have two dogs and seven cats! Two were hers originally and the other ones we have rescued and brought to the vet and fed for a couple months to get them healthy. We found some of the kittens homes already.
👍

I didn’t know if I was gonna post a video cause I didn’t know if it really had a purpose. But I’m shocked at the amount amount of positive comments, so maybe we continue this every week!
Very cool to see the great life that you have in the Philippines. My wife and I have a beach house just north of San Carlos City. We were there this past Christmas and New Years. We will also be there for a few days in June.

Good steak is not common here but I can get it in the city. When I’m cutting down I go low carb, high protein. Right now I’m doing medium protein and higher carbs to gain weight.
I lift six mornings a week and in the evening I’ll do a small body part along with heavy bag or cardio.

great video always entertaining as usual! Chicken, we used to have chickens as well and came to teh same conclusion that you did, no grass, eggs are cheaper to buy, and the associated smells from teh coup. Maybe when we have a larger property and I can move it away from teh main house, I would do it again. Thanks for sharing your day. Best wishes !
Thank you and yeah I think I'll just keep the ducks for entertainment purposes.
the problem with filipino marriage is that you have to feed 120 cousins when you are not a millionaire yourself and within a few months, your savings goes to $0 zero. Or you have to tell her, you can only take care of her and once in a while afford to pay for expenses for her mom n dad. Marrying and living in philipines is not going to work out for foreigners unless the foreigner makes a million dollars/year, in order to meet her family's expectations and avoid being called that 'cheap ass foreigner'.
So you’re insinuating that all Filipinos are the same? And they’re all in poverty? Because it sounds rather racist to me. My family is very wealthy, and they have a bigger house to me and more vehicles than me and own more businesses than I do. Point being is they not ever asking me for any money.
That is Your Experiences with Filipina. Mine is way different.
I invited them at my house that’s of course I prepare food for them. I rarely even can catch up with them because of their busy life.
My parents are not their..
If your experiences is that then mine is not the same.
But in our culture- we always give. Even my parents gives to relatives when they need too and want too.
We give because we live to give.
Even poor Filipinos give.. that’s Filipino- we are a giver!
My parents helped a lot of people.
If you don’t want to give because you also has need- then you don’t have to…
They will understand as long you explained that to your Filipina. Because what all matters is of course what you needs first.
@@ItsMe_Philippinesyou are thinking i was talking about you. i'm talking in general, the avg filipinos with 100 cousins and 80% will have no jobs, but would expect help, but if a foreigner is not rich and is not possible to help even if he wants to, cannot will have a hard time with the family, cause everyone wlll be thinking he's just cheap. and if he gives all his savings it can give the family a good life for a year, and then the foreigner will have zero $0 money, from a lifetime of working and saving. In the west, the husband is expected to take care of the wife and possibly her mother and father at most, but not 100 cousins who got no job, and everyone get mad at the foreigner for not taking care of them.
@@kaleeysmith8801 oh okay… so next time you be clear and be more very specific with your comments.
You first comment generalize Filipino Marriages… and you comment on our videos- so of course we would think it’s about us.
Our videos is about me and my husband and my family.
So expect us to disagree. Because my situations with other Filipinas are very different.
The way we think- is different. The way I raised is different…
My family is different from other Filipino family. And will be always be proud how my parents raised me and my siblings.
I just hope every Filipino change for the better!
@@kaleeysmith8801 I don’t know where you’re coming up with any of this. Because of having a TH-cam channel I talk to hundreds of foreigners, I mean hundreds. And I don’t know anyone supporting the family so I can’t grasp where you’re coming up with this from. I’m looking at statistics your way off base anyways 80% not having jobs? Seriously? Sounds like an exaggeration.
Nothing Lazy about your Sundays, LOL, enjoy them! thanks for sharing!
lol our only off day from the gym!
Indeed, you don't make any money out of your chickens, but how great is it to have your own fresh eggs and to know what food the chickens were fed with, therefore the eggs are full of nutrients, which is not the case with battery chicken eggs.
100% true

Your next project to mitigate shrilling Filipinas is to install sound deadening materials in your house.
The house is already sound proof, so it’s very quiet upstairs or in my office
