This video is still relevant. My ps4 pro works better then the ps5 I bought 2 days ago. I returned my ps5 today because of lag issues, wifi issues, headset issues and loading issues. I shouldn't have to research TH-cam videos just to get my ps5 to work properly. And yes, the interface is confusing as hell
I would fire Jim Ryan and rebuild a better PS5 and get someone who is a gamer and understanding of the gaming industry as the new boss to point Sony in the right direction as a company
how about.... no? i am glad with the switch and that is maybe lower graphics but game play is better. set your cardridge in your system and after a patch but mostly fast, the name comes on screen, start it, select your user and bam. play.
I dont really care about the look of the console more caring about the obvious,obnoxious and glaring scam that is ps plus. You are forced into paying sony just to use there hardware that YOU bought and YOUR router that YOU already paid for monthly. Ps plus is just another internet bill for 0 reason other than some games that you dont even really own, as soon as you lose ps plus you lose all the bare bones games it comes with If you were to pay for ps plus for 3 years itll come to a cost of around 1080 to 1400 You can buy a very good high end computer with that amount of dough.
They need to redesign the console, the controller and operating system. Its still half baked. Its loud too, for how large it is it should be dead quiet but Sony have zero consistency on the fan suppliers so its a lottery. The d-pad is useless on any fighting game or anything requiring precision. Mushy buttons. The rumble can be heard through the mic. No dolby vision support or VRR yet. The games are all a rip off too, its hard to stomach what low value it is. If I owned nothing starting from scratch and knew nothing about games I would buy an Xbox SX right now or a Switch. At least for Xbox owners everything they liked about it improved and the console is feature complete, it improves all old games from OG Xbox, 360 and One generation and can add a HDR effect. Sony are just greedy AF and are not working for it.
None of the current consoles are worth it my guy. Yes they run better but they just don't feel good enough. My recommendation would be to save your money and buy a decent PC. You can play every Xbox exclusive and you also have everything else.

I stopped buying consoles after ps3. I'm so glad I did. I just got bored of videogames. 😃. I got into boardgames instead a couple years ago, which i highly enjoy. The boardgame community is huge, and the Historical GMT Games are complex but are fun !
Thank goodness I could still cancel my order from last week. No games, the ones that are coming out will be on PS4 too. Couldn’t spend $533 to play Astro and play with the admittedly neat controller for a couple days and then watch it gather dust like the Switch.
The switch has lots of great games but maybe this and that just aren’t great for you. No harm in just selling them and putting that money towards something youll love

PS3 "fat" models with full back compat are the best consoles Sony ever built. Despite having an unimpressive 7th gen gaming library , the overall value of what It could do and It's reliability was unmatched , It was overengineered and truly felt premium.

PC gaming was In a golden age , and games across the board were more consistently groundbreaking and revolutionary. Everything was perfectly experimental and just realistic enough for devs to not rely on realism alone. Arcades were also at their peak imo. I agree about 6th gen being the last of golden age gaming , especially DC and PS2.

Yeah. On Xbox, you can join parties in just a press of a button, and you can have separate messages. Along with an openable guide while on a game, while on playstation, you have to exit the game to open up what they call "quick menu".
I agree its complicated with the extra steps, removing communities and no themes either yet many of the background to the games you own look blurry on 4K tv’s

When Sony left their home of Tokyo and moved to a completely American company for Playstation, I knew this would happen. The PS5 is designed absolutely nonsensically just like every other American software. (TH-cam UI is awful, Xbox tiles are awful, mac OS is awful, ect.) I had my ps5 for almost 2 months now I could use my turtlebeach headset on the ps5 and I can also charge my controller on the front USB I guess u got bad luck
There's another setting I would change for how you capture gameplay as well... Settings, captures and broadcasts, captures, shortcuts for create button, button mapping, easy screenshots (one tap on the Create button now takes a screenshot, double press saves recent gameplay, hold for Create menu). PS4 was a step down from PS3 I mean the PS3 could do literally anything you could wish a console could do it was a all in one gaming console. Download wallpapers, movies, music all from the web browser on it even use it as a PC in Linux mode, but they have removed that it also plays blu ray movies.

I haven't got a ps5 and I have no intentions to, I'd rather stick with the ps4 I mean it may have its issues but I still think that the ps4 is better than ps5 in every single way ps4 is childhood its 10/10 and the ps5 0/10 I hate everything about the the ps5

I think its kinda funny, he does not have a ps5 game installed and ps4 only gets boost mode. Ark is giant pile of sh!t of a game, wildcard is one of the worst developers. Free tek suits and shop anywhere for hexagons but whats important is a canoe race.
