I double up especially with respiratory issues. I love aroma herbs and tinctures work well together. In a couple of days I’m going to be feeling better. Great video ❤

Agreed! I always do MORE 🌿 when dealing with respiratory health - oils, herbs, homeopathy.

Hi!!! Just found your channel through a search and have been scouring trying to get an answer… I think this one popped up! I subbed and am excited to check out past videos!!!
But what lead me to this video/channel was the search for wether creams, balms, salves etc are as effective as tinctures, teas, caps orally verses transdermal. Do you have any resources or thoughts on that?
Thanks so much! Traditional searching hasn’t been much help. 😊

Great question! I don’t have a video, (yet!) on topicals. Topicals work very well, but definitely in a different way than internally. Still, when I want an internal result, I will often apply balms or salves to my feet. 🦶 The pores on the feet are large relatively speaking, making them a great pathway for the herbal or aromatherapy topical. Thanks for the inspiration for a new video!

Another thought - balms and salves work best when applied to the area needed, such as achy knees, tight muscles in the neck, etc.

Oh wow. You made my day! I really appreciate you and that you took the time to respond!!! I will definitely look for a video someday! I enjoy teas myself and enjoy making tinctures, but my love is making salves/balms and use more than caps or tinctures. 😉 Thanks again and I’m glad it was inspiring.
