I’m really surprised more people don’t subscribe to your channel. You two do an amazing job filming and making the videos. I’ve been following you for quite awhile. I appreciate all you do! Thank you for sharing the world with those of us who don’t travel very much!
Hey ben! nice to see you here! I kind of really enjoy Australian slang.. I made it a goal to leave this country with some of it as part of my globish English
You guys are building such a treasure chest of memories! You will have zero regrets when you are older because you did it all...and then some! And I agree with one of the comments below, you really should have waaaaaay more subscribers! The quality of your videos are superb!
Howdy Albies! Wow once again you bring us amazing content and creative photography! Love that little path on the beach! Sorry so many had difficulty traversing it! Saddle up! 🐧
OH WOWZER I loved this episode ! I was able to visit Frasier Island about 20 years ago ,so it was most refreshing to revisit with you guys ! I was hoping you two could go snorkeling at the great bearer reef ,for sure it’s worth the efforts. I’m not so young anymore but I certainly enjoyed your adventures! Enjoy you will never regret these years ! Thanks for sharing ❤❤
oh that must have been really nice! we thought about doing the snorkelling on the Great Barrier Reef but after asking many people it seem that the affordable options would havee brought us to sections of the reef that are now very damaged. other options would be out of our budget. in Indonesia we should get much more affordable and as beautiful reef to explore! that was the decision making process hahaha
In Brazil, there is a beach with more than 240km, it is the longest coastal strip in the world and it is possible to cross it by car. It's called Praia do Cassino.
Best 4x4 challenge for the best 4x4xfar.... Frazer Island. You literally sailed through all the challenging crossings. My most enjoyed overlander video of that location by far. Love your channel as always. Look forward to the LR meet especially as I couldn't make it. God Bless. H
I loved this episode, what a privilege to see all those whales from the drone. Thanks for sharing. Hope you get to scuba or snorkel on the Great Barrier Reef. That’s bucket list stuff? Enjoy your adventures. 😊
long story short we decided to not go. For our kind of budget we have been advised that the day trips bring to areas that are quite damaged and getting white. Other better options would be too expensive. so we decided to keep that money for Indonesia where there are really good reefs accessible for cheaper. so just for my birthday nick got us the flight above the reef so we could see it!!! that is the thought process...
Aw a land rover defender flexing a long those tracks was pure fun . Great bed room views , sandy beach’s , just one more of Australias many awesome places . Waiting for tides makes for great relaxing times just to slow down and enjoy the area your in . Beach driving with the tides is always a fun time 🥺 . Albo sure looked great on those tracks . Thanks again for sharing your wonderful journey and memories with us your over landing friends . Cheers from Steve Stott in Sutherlin Oregon U.S.A. :) :) 🌏🍻👍🏼😁. P.S. LOVE THE IDEAS OF YOUR TRIPS COOL IDEA . 😁
Such a beautiful place! I can’t imagine there being a place better but I’m going to keep watching to see if you can find one. Taking a trip with you guys would be awesome! If only I could.
@@NextMeridianExpedition sorry, i meant to tell you about the national trail which runs the length of the great dividing range which can be walked ridden on bike or horseback or driven in a 4x4 ,i got the names mixed up ,this can be done in sections with over night camping or pub stays
Why is it that people struggle in their modern 4x4 and good old Defender just makes look like walk in the park. I will for now assume that some people did not deflate their tires enough.
Fraser K’gari never disappoints. You made the sand driving look easy compared to some others. I’m interested to know if you used traction control and CDL. Obviously, lower tyre pressures which newbies don’t do properly, if at all. Thanks for taking us along. 🙏👍🏻🦘

Glad you enjoyed it!
💜Another beautiful video from you guys💜 hugs from Norway 💜
You are so kind! hugs !
Nice job on not getting stuck 😁 What did you do differently? Lower tire pressures, better tires, more gas? 😁
lower tire pressure for sure. And pretty slow and steady to keep traction

@@NextMeridianExpedition Oui!!
2 many things 2 do on this planet.
yes ... toooo much
I’m really shocked at how many place allow vehicles on the beach. It sure does destroy things in certain areas.
simply amazing frazer island bye bye.........hows the water temp.
on the west it was quite good. maybe 23 degrees, on the east we did not try it looked colder
check out the bridal track ,it runs from the top of qld to victoria but can be done in sections
thank you!

Great vid, knew Albo would make it through 👍 What mapping app do you use on your phone?
we use mapout! we love it
If Nick went horse riding and Mathilde motorbiking, that would be a cool side trip.
hahahah we should do that !!
Beautiful! Adventure, l would love to do the same. What size tires are you using on Albatross?
It’s epic! We have 265/75/16 tires 😁
@NextMeridianExpedition They look bigger. I see your Land Rover is great offroad.
Loved the adventure.❤️❤️

yes totally, we told a few, but in this kind of place people do their thing hahahah
👍🏻
:)
its a beautiful thing to see your videos, but i wondering when is there going to be another nick or mathilde?
hahahahah not yet not yet

We used the CDL :) it is standard on defender, we dont have traction control nor front or rear diff lock but went perfect!
