- I noticed one day my Puddle lights looked very dim so I just decided to Brighten them up. What better way than to customize them with some eagle eyes!! 🦅🧿 Way better now! I can see all the pennies in the ground lol 😂😂😂

Bro I really want to get those folding mirrors I have a 2000 Chevy Tahoe same like yours. I park my truck in the garage so the folding mirrors would come in handy if you ever do a video of that you know I really would like to learn how to do that. This one's really cool too good ideas man you always have the best ideas.

I have some folding mirrors But I’m not sure if they would work as a plug and play to our truck, but I can definitely customize the wiring for it⚡️

I have a 01 single cab with circle cap that looks like those lights might be perfect fit for it just I don’t think it has the wiring how would I get the wiring connected ??
You might have the puddle light wiring on the truck side of the mirror connector or you can get power from the door courtesy lights, or dome lights as well

Hey man I have the same setup you had before installing the new ones with leds in the stock housing I’m wanting to make it to where I can have the puddle lights on while I’m driving or whenever the headlights cut on and I’m thinking about wiring it to the light wires in the door for the window switches any suggestions
I’ll be working a video like that soon, the factory wires have to be interrupted to create new inputs

Question i have notice you have the 2 pin wire from the truck but the 3 lights have 3 lights did you liminate 1 of the wires? or is it 3 into 2 when you connect them thanks
I wired all 3 reds to make 1 and all 3 blacks to make 1 more wire. So now it’s 2 wires on the puddle lights to connect on the truck 2 wires

What did u use to cut those plastic housings
With my orbital Milwaukee tool here #ad amzn.to/4aL49A5 just carefully it cuts through quick! It helps to secure the puddle light with a bench vice grip or something similar to not move
How did you get it work so they turn on when you have door open?
Mines have always worked like that, you just have to make sure your dome light is set to turn on when you open your doors an also the parking brake needs to be off. Mines is 00-02 not sure if it’s different on 03-06 but they should be similar or the same 💯
@@MiGo713 mine is a 03 tahoe and it doesn’t work that way even if the dome light turns on when door opens. Guess it’s different

@@eddiesepictouchn the 03 and up Tahoes the puddle lights come on when you Unlock or Lock your truck with the keyless remote as well as when you turn your truck off
@@MiGo713 yeah that’s how mine work only when unlocking and locking. I think if I wire them to the door light they will work if a door is open.

My Yukon had the factory wiring working already I just used the original wiring 💯
