I appreciate you for sharing this wealth you are a generational curse breaker. I can't wait to gift you for this financial literacy. Success loves speed no opportunities wasted
The greatest gift you can give Neo is success fam. Take the knowledge he teaches and execute, you'll still make some mistakes along the way but you're right about getting to success faster. Much love.
This is awesome! Congratulations!!! I wish I wasn’t having a hard time in Georgia. I’m getting more people that say that don’t allow event spaces but the ones that do doesn’t seem to get much traffic
Don't get discouraged, make sure you have a solid plan and tweak it as you learn from the "Nos". I promise you it's not a loss but a lesson. Keep looking until you find the right opportunity and try not to box yourself in to finding the "perfect" space.
@@dayonetherapy see my comment above about looking for a space. Look on the fringes of the suburban area, think about who can help you, just don't stop, our first space is in a suburban area outside of Houston....maybe pivot but don't stop.
Question: please don't take this wrong way, but I cant help but to notice as ive watched dozens of event center videos. Why is this space predominantly "African Americans" doing not only the videos, but actually opening all the event centers as well? Am I missing something here?
African Americans live predominately in cities where most people don't have backyards or have large enough backyard for big parties. So, we have to rent event spaces for birthday parties, baby showers, weddings, etc.
Caucasians own a lot of event spaces already, so they’re not the primary audience for this content. There are lots of caucasians with videos about how to start event rental companies and wedding venues specifically.
@@truettadevilto piggyback on the above comment, most of the event space owners in the U.S. are Caucasian. So when we rent space from them our dollars leave our community and flow into someone else’s community. By teaching us how to own or lease our own event spaces, we can keep dollars circulating in our own community, which is sorely needed.

Are you in the Event Space Secrets Community yet?
Yes I am! I’m in a suburban area so looking for the right price, the rent is like 7k a month for 1,000 sq feet

Yup that’s too much
