Hi Alejandra It depends on your state and city . The range goes from 14 to 30 per square foot. Bigger space obviously the price goes up. Hopefully that helped you out

Hiii, this was a great video ! I’m in search of an event space now. I’m interested in one particular venue but parking isn’t great and there’s not a lot a foot traffic but everything else is great! Any thoughts ? I’m based in CT btw ❤️
Sometimes we over think it. Because we don’t have too much foot traffic is ok. You would just have to use ads and thought things to market your space. Foot traffic isnt everything
Great videos. Keep them coming! Do you rent storage nearby and transport the stuff back and forth or how are you able to clear the space for the renter?
Yes im forced to move back and forth that’s why I recommend you to have a event space with storage on site

Hey there Dqueezy1013 , that’s amazing ! Congrats ! It truly depends on the dollars per square foot ! I say to cover the buy in cost it needs to be 3x the rent. Insurance and everything else $1000-2000 to start this includes minor repairs paint etc …. Hopefully this helps if your interested in a more detailed experience setup a call

Hey chosen1 , the buy in cost is at least 2-4 months rent depending on what the landlord wants . Give yourself another $1000 for miscellaneous and some renovation. Hope this helps

It depends on the square footage and how it is in the area. I would recommend 1,200 to 2000 square ft for your first location

If I have an event design company but also want an event space, should I separate the two entities and file another LLC for the venue ? Or should I keep them under once LLC
@precious you can do it either way . Remember an LLC is used to protect assets in legal proceedings. I believe in multiple LLC’s for Funding purposes. You can get credit cards for each LLC That means more money ! !!!!!! Hope this helps my dear !
The more LLCs you have the more OPM trust me I've been doing event spaces for years and I have separate businesses and I have funding for each business
