I never fail to learn something new on each of your tutorials. Thank you so much. After 4 years of quilting, I now have a way to make the corners crisp and no more panicking that I may be cutting the tail end of the binding wrong when I go to join the ends. No fear I may ruin the quilt!!!
    LOVE your tutorials!! Thanks Nancy!!!!

Well, you've gone and done it again, Nancy! I now have a "full" and overlapped to perfection binding!! I've learned so MUCH from you this weekend and I so appreciate your help, Any chance I can book you for a few sessions here in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Not far from Grand Rapids. LOLOL This video has offered me at least FIVE tips I didn't know about but will continue to use in the future. You are an exceptional teacher! I've sewn all my life but now I get to "play" and sew my quilts PROPERLY. Thank you so very much, Nancy. I'll continue to watch for you on ONPoint-TV. I'm just having too much fun!!

Love the binding tip about full bindings...I just completed my first quilt and I did not have full binding either. I will do it this way from now on. Thank you so much you are a fabulous teacher

Thank you for this turtorial. I have never seen anyone overlap the binding like that. They always have you cut and sew them together. What a great way you do it. I will try that on my next quilt. I have missed the first two seasons of your tutorials. I need to go back and marathon watch the rest and see if I get some more helpful tips. Thank you so much Nancy, love the way you do things.

I make about 30 charity quilts a year. I would have a pile waiting for binding as my least favorite part. So I buy 2or 3 yards of a variety of cottons and lengthwise strip them for binding and iron them and stitch ends together and keep a grocery bag around each type to keep them tidy. I also look through my stash for good choices for binding. Now I bind and label simply and give them away in regular doses. Thanks for all you are sharing. I sure wish I had this back in 70s...

I love the hand stitching part too. It is so calming to me and a time where I can relish in a successful quilt 😊

I find ironing a piece of freezer paper on the back of the fabric. It keeps the fabric stabilized tor any writing.

Thank you for all the great tutorials! It would be great to see a tute on sewing the binding down by machine. Hand sewing is not always possible for some people.
