Nyob zoo os tus niam tsev os, my advice to you is that don't let depression/anxiety/stress/kev nyuaj siab consume you because it's not real. It's all psychological/state of mind. What you need to do is accept that all those years you spent with him were wonderful and you have a great family but if he failed to see it then let him go. Instead, I think it would be more beneficial if you focused all your emotions on rebuilding yourself/loving yourself/love your family because there's so many great men out here that will see your worth and treat you better.
